My friend & I had a lovely light lunch here - it was tasty & beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately towards the end of the meal I was taken ill ( nothing to do with the food!), but I want to say how well looked after I was by the manager( (Sunny) in particular. She was caring & went above & beyond to make sure I was OK & able to get home. Thank you so much ...and I'm sure I'll be back there again!

I visited Bill's in Chichester on Tuesday 12 April 2022 for lunch, a weekday during the Easter school holidays. I was with one other person. This was my second visit. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was easy and led me straight to the right place. The restaurant comprises of one fairly large sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service. The team were very friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.I enjoyed Bill's Classic Burger with cheese and bacon for my main course and an Eton Colada for my dessert. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was reasonable value for money, I paid around £28 for two courses and a drink.Overall I really enjoyed my visit.

It was a very wonderful experience. Me and my friend were greeted by a lady who was at the host reception and we’re given a big table next to the door. The lady who served us was great ( I forgot her name) and had a little chat about the company as I used to work for bills 2016-2018. So much has changed but I saw some of the dishes and drinks I served to the guests were still on the menu. The tortilla chips are my favourite. I ordered steak and eggs for my mains and it was delicious and my friend ordered chicken broccoli with mash potato I forgot the dishes name. Her chicken was pink at the bottom and wasn’t cooked properly so the lady who served us consulted something with the manager and gave us drinks on the house. When I had a sip of pink lemonade it reminded me of those days I worked in bills and immediately felt nostalgic. I remember the busy days running around in the restaurant. We wanted to have puddings but decided we were late for our show so we asked for the bill. It seems like the service charge situation still continues the service charge needs to go to the server not the company! . I asked the lady who served us to remove the service charge so she would get it and tipped her as we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I had no cash on me so I tipped her on card and gave her a chocolate hopefully she isn’t allergic otherwise I would be scandalised. We will be coming for breakfast soon hopefully next month

Celebrated my Mum’s Birthday with the whole family, amazing service and out of this world food. Greeted with a warm smile and champagne for my Mum, they prepared a lovely table with plenty of space for us all, there is a lift to access the Restaurant which my Nan appreciated and got given plenty of time to choose our meal options and fabulous desserts. A very short wait for our mains and desserts, staff made sure we had everything we needed at all times.First time there and will be back for sure to try different dishes. Mum said it was the best dinning experience she’s had in many years!

Great place for a relaxed lunch. Pleasant attentive staff add to the smart informal setting. Wide menu choice but set lunch is very good value. Also £10 of wine over £25. Making some nice wines cheaper than a bottle of house red.RecommendRecommend

Lovely meal and atmosphere. Would of liked to see more lighter dishes for a lunch other than 2 salads on the menu. And on the children's menu 'little bills' burger was huge, the same size as an adult burger. I think it could of been smaller for smaller mouths. Good value but waste of food if it can not been eaten. Don't like seeing food waste in a world where people are still struggling to feed themselves.

Eclectic mix of styles makes this restaurant a quirky place with loads of character. Service was efficient and friendly. We were there at 5:30 on a Saturday and it was about 1/3 full. Chicken burger was very very tasty and the chicken was very juicy. Partner had egg and steak. Looked really good. Would definitely go back.

We had a pleasant late lunch at Bill's mid afternoon. The restaurant was quiet although the service was a little erratic. The staff themselves were friendly and polite although despite the lack of customers it wasn't always easy to attract their attention. On arrival we were asked to meet Covid regulations by checking in and having our temperatures taken before gaining entry. We didn't have a problem with this but noticed that another group arrived and were not asked to undertake a temperature check. Our meals were all well presented and tasty, as they had been on previous visits, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Given the consistently good quality of Bill's food I am sure we will visit again when in Chichester.
