Carluccio's - Chichester in Chichester

Just visited with my parents and young daughter, asked for a table and the manager barely gave us the time of day, she was too busy wiping cutlery. She was very abrupt in saying that we couldn’t be seated because we had a baby and they couldn’t get the high chair in anywhere.

Other than a few bottles of olive oil there is nothing particularly Italian about this place. We arrived early evening for coffee and cake to a virtually empty place however they still managed to get the coffee wrong. On a more positive note the staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited there on Mother's Day for breakfast, we all had the magnifico breakfast, had table booked for 11am, our hot drinks and fruit juice where brought out first, Cappuccinos where very nice although very small, our breakfast came 50 minutes later, obviously we all had finished our hot drinks which is nice to have with your breakfast. I made a comment to the waiter, told him we had to wait so long for our breakfast our drinks would have been cold by then, so I ordered another one, to then be charged for it, what a cheek after all of the waiting we had to do. No apologies for lateness, nothing. Breakfast was cold, all in all, won't be visiting there for breakfast anymore, not worth the money and service is very poor.

Visited the Chichester restaurant for the first time as have had a great experience at other Carluccio's restaurants. Intially it was promising from the welcome smile however sadly the rest did not live up to the standard... the food was palatable and the service was a bit hit and miss, with the waitress knocking over the orange juice but not coming back to clean it up. Nothing like I have been used to at other Carluccio's. The only saving grace was it was a meal deal with the hot beverage and juice in with the breakfast. Next time I think I'll try somewhere else

We had to clear a dirty table to sit down outside. After going in and ordering we were told the coffee and pastries would be brought out to us. After 15 minutes with no sign of anyone my husband went in and canceled the order. No one seemed especially bothered. We won't be going here again. Dreadful service.

Stopped for coffee with a friend today.It's a spacious cafe with a good location.Unfortunately the service was fairly slow.They had no hot chocolate and the restraunt was really cold. So desperate to warm up by the time I got home!

Lovely, authentic Italian cuisine; it's such a shame the company employed 'pseudo posh' Neil Wickers as their CEO. My wife & I miss the Windsor restaurant so much.

We were visiting the area overnight and went for a wander to see what food was on offer. The waitress was very helpful. I have a dairy intolerance so she checked everything with the kitchen when I ordered. Vegan options were also available on the menu. Lovely food and a nice atmosphere.

Lovely meal out for my birthday. First time we've eaten there. Service was excellent, staff friendly and food extremely tasty!

Carluccio’s is one of the best Italian restaurant I’ve visited near by. The food was absolutely amazing, so fresh and wonderful and everyone there is nice and helpful. The Spritz are a must try.
