Country Cabin in Chichester

What a find! Traditional Indian restaurant. Drink, popadoms, main & bread - £23. Very tasty food - mine was outstanding. Sensibly portion sizes though I did leave very full - I hate it when food is wasted.

Lovely food as always, but no desert menu, bring back the lemon or orange stuffed Sorbet....

Went there for the first time a couple of Saturdays ago after just moving to Chichester, definitely won’t be the last, great food and service, highly recommended.

This was the most authentic Indian food in Chichester. The sag aloo was not like other restaurants, it was dryer and the taste was amazing. I asked for the main, as I have connections to India. And this was amazing. A little bit of bite, but the flavour from the herbs were very well balanced. Cannot remember the dish, think it was off the menu. Rice was just right.I was very happy with the meal, staff were very accommodating and polite.Yes I am returning in the New Year

Haven't been here for an age, but have to say I was so impressed. The food was first class and the service exceptional. I had the spicy nutty chicken, which had a nice kick to it and really well rounded flavour. I I'm a bit of a nut, so anything with nuts works. The rest of my friends were really pleased as well with their dishes. I asked if I could have some lime pickle and they brought it straight away. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Will be going again soon, as should you!! : )

I ordered 2 main dishes a pilau rice,naan bread and popodoms for my son and I…. It took an hour and a half to arrive on a Sunday evening it was lukewarm and the smallest portion I have ever seen for an Indian…the chicken had a strange texture like it wasn’t fresh and the sauce was like tomato purée with no taste of spices really… my son said it was like water!!!! Never again 😞🤢

I came here a few years ago when I was working an event at Goodwood, and it was absolutely wonderful. They put up with us rocking up as a 20-top, having only booked a couple hours in advance and the food and service was fabulous.Cut to today - I finally found this gem again having forgotten where it was. I took my girlfriend and was nervous it wouldn't live up to my goodwood memory, but it was even better. A romantic little table for two, attentive, friendly service and the food was absolutely incredible. Great portions, great prices, great flavours.If it's not clear yet, I really like this restaurant.

We went there on Saturday evening. Food was lovely, full of flavor, freshly made samosas plus with the bill we got 2mints. The only thing which was annoying was our waiting time more than half an hour( we ordered just sides and somosas) so a bit o long.

My wife and I went last night at around 6pm. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the ambience was really relaxed with a good buzz.The food & drinks arrived quickly, with staff ensuring we were served in a timely manner. The food itself was incredible! We ordered the garlic naan, pliau rice, Bombay potato, Makhani Chicken & a lamb dish. All were exceptional, and prepared to perfection. The chicken was juicy and tender, the lamb similar.All in all, an amazing restaurant. We're definitely going to return!
