Greggs in Chichester

Typical Gregg's cheap and cheerful friendly and helpful staff

Don't order from here if you're getting it from justeat. I have no idea what changed in the last couple of months but they'll just not give you the food you ask for, replace it with something else, cross it out on the receipt and deliver it to you. All that without even asking if it was alright.This has happened 3 time in a row now and I'm sick of it.

Very lovable place, enjoyable atmosphere and beautiful food especially the steak slices, hot, eat in or takeaway.

Found this place in what seemed like mid lunch break for anyone working nearby so very busy, shop layout is good for a one-way system. Shelves were still pretty well stocked considering how busy it was, could tell staff were working hard but all had a smile on their faces for the customers.

Fab food, cheap and good service. What's not to like? Their vege range is good too with the nicest vegan sausage rolls around. Yummy

It's Gregg's, basically I love a sausage roll, a donut and a coffee, i'm a fan of Gregg's in general. Great place to stop in and grab a fly by snack.

I normally order the same thing and i get the donuts in the box but today i got them in a bag the icing has pretty much came off and my donuts are squished

Good food. Breakfast baps are great with omelette. Always ask what food is hot as some have sat there for a while

I do not like or even dislike Greggs, it is a place that i sometimes go to when all the other places to eat are packed with too many people. The food at Greggs when it comes out of the oven is hot, however, it does not stay hot for long as Greggs don't appear to have proper provision to have food kept at a certain required holding temperature. The food is cheap and the coffee is not fantastic, what you see is what you get.

You either love Greggs, or you loathe it. As someone who travels a lot, I certainly depend on it. It is always clean and consistent, the staff at Chichester are polite and helpful, taking time to give directions to a stranger. This is not unusual, for such a large company, the staff at the vast majority of the branches that I've visited, show a uniformly high level of politeness and customer service.
