Loved it. Food is amazing, the staff are so friendly and it's so good to see a multicultural Indian. Obviously all the food is through and through Indian but the staff are from everywhere and are all lovely

Just had a takeaway from India Gate after a long time and I'm glad to say it was as good as ever. Generous portions, great flavours and good value - for me it's still the best Indian restaurant in Chichester.

We ordered once before and the food was nice enough for us to try again .But our meal on Friday ( take away ) was awful. Totally tasteless mine was so full of water I had puddles of watery juice on my plate which really put me off . Lamb was tender though . .My husband had a dansak and again he said it was pretty tasteless and the lentils were hard .Don’t know if they were busy or a different chef but it’s put me off using again

First time ordering here. I’ve always been to the one next door. I ordered take away to collect. It was ready on time. I was in the restaurant for a few mins and every member of staff that walked passed asked if I was being taken care of. I was impressed. The food itself was amazing. The best I’ve had in a while. I will be ordering my Indian take away from here from now on.

We order From India Gate at least once a week. The Currys are always delivered hot and on time...or before allocated time. I would just like to say that they are the best curries we have ever tasted. The chef???...please dont ever leave!!!!😍

We have used India Gate for takeaways and eaten in many times and have always been very pleased. However this evening we oordered takeaway and are sure that the meat was not chicken but Turkey! Very disappointing.

Great food, great service! Really attentive staff waiting on. As soon as i put my empty glass down somebody would offer me another drink. They gave us a free glass of baileys at the end of our meal and also gave us another starter at no extra cost. Definitely go here if you want a curry.
