KFC in Chichester

The chicken is always hot and fresh but the chips are usually not as fresh and crisoy as I'd like. And staff sometimes forget sauces

Food is good, machine's don't take blue light cards but cashier does. Can't make the order on the machine and pay at counter like mcdonald's can. Drive through is EXTREMELY small and high curbs, i'm in a vw sports car and its tight so anyone in a bigger car than a small car, don't go through it, if you've got big fat tires then you could probably just ride the curb. The drive through staff are mainly not nice however they have recently gotten new English staff that is nice and friendly. Only go through drive through if you have small car, otherwise park and go in, if you have any discount cards, order first at till, nice food, hope you get a nice employee serve you.

I ordered 2 9 piece chicken buckets and got 13 bits of chicken Which 4 was hot wings that was cold if I could I would score this in the -5 but I can't

Awful. Did the drive through, had to wait ages! Ok, it was a Friday but before 5 o clock, not really that busy. Got directed to the waiting spaces after ordering and waited around 15 minutes for the food whilst left clutching our flat almost syrup free drinks. Eventually get the food and drive home only to discover missing parts of the order!Also the mingiest portion of chips each, lank and only just pushing Luke warm.Genuinely, and I've said this before about KFC but definitely, definitely mean it this time will never ever go again. Recommend you don't either.

Order machines broken, food took ages to come considering how empty it was. And my chicken was seemingly shredded with barely any coating on. Also, drinks were flat and full to the brim with ice.

Haven't been to KFC in years but went today and the food was lovely. Very busy so quite a wait, disappointed that the self service machine I used did not print a receipt so had to remember the number. Also one drink we wanted was unavailable so had to switch that out, the chicken and everything else was incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. Would go back based on the food.

Service was better than usual, would be nice if they tidied up the drive through, it’s so skanky round there. Wouldn’t go back if it wasn’t for the fact it’s KFC! Food was good, as you would expect.

Chips were better than usual so we were pleasantly surprised and their wraps are underrated! Although the staff did seem to struggle with student discounts and such-like so ordering for a big group of us was tricky for everyone involved! Apart from that, just your average KFC that everybody knows and loves.

Not the best KFC I have visited. The sweetcorn wasn't cooked. The mash was cold and the rest of the food was lukewarm. But disappointed to be honest. Also they didn't give us the napkins and condiments we'd requested. Maybe they were having a bad day but it wasn't a particularly busy time..

Whilst the food here is always consistently good and hot, be prepared for a long wait. At 1630, not a busy meal time it took over fifteen minutes to receive my order. Lots of staff behind the counter but most of the time spent waiting, for what I am not sure. Thank goodness I didn't go at a peak time.
