McDonald's in Chichester

Visited while in the area for a few days very busy but service was good unfortunately the chips were cold and the portion size was not large. Overall was ok but they could do better!

Cannot fault the person who took our order through the drive through. Was extremely patient with changing the order multiple times while my son was being indecisive. Very rare to see these days. Food was serves quick and hot.

Popped in at 1am on my way home from Gatwick airport with the family. We we're looking forward to some golden arches food and weren't disappointed. Staff were polite and quick and food was hot and good.

Tried to purchase nuggets happy meal today. Told they weren't legally allowed to having run out of the packets nuggets go in. Seriously!? Had to buy it all separately for 5 children. Very bemused.

Not much space (at lunch) for parking.The food itself was fine. But every time we've been (maybe 3 times?), the service has been extremely slow. Ordered on the app, and it was a 20-30 minute wait each time till we got our food (so long that we wondered if the order even went through).Not sure if actually going in to order/eat would be quicker, but definitely don't plan on being in a hurry if you eat here.

Absolutely appalling service queued up for 35 minutes in the drive-through to get a milkshake to get to the front and be told they’re not selling milkshakes at the moment. So I decided to ask for a ice coffee or frappuccino of any kind cold coffee and nothing. The staff member was just rude stating we’re not selling it at the moment and I completely wasted my time why not have a sign up if you are deciding not to sell products that other McDonald’s sell why do they get to pick and choose.

It's a McDonald's. But there are better ones around. This one suffers from lack of space; the car park is cramped, the access road is tight, and it's right on top of the A27 and adjacent main roads. There's just not enough room, the queue for the drive through stacked back onto the access road. The staff couldn't process orders quick enough and made customers wait for their orders in the car park, putting even more pressure on the limited car parking space. Only go here if you're forced.

Food was good. When handed the drinks the lid(which was not seated) came off and spilled over in interior of the car. No apology, so the last time I'm going back there.

The last 3 nights I have finished work at midnight. I was under the impression this was open 24 hours. Fancied a burger after my shift for the car park to be coned off with the click and serve signs and a big bin at the entrance to the drive through for food measure. Staff are pleasant especially the late evening ones. Disappointed that it's advertised as 24 hour but kinda feels once store managers gone they make up their own times.

Last ordered today through uber eats. Condiments always missing and today was the icing on the cake as my burger arrived upside down and had two bottom pieces of the bread. Only positive is the food arrives hot hence 2 stars given
