Mcdonald's Restaurant in Chichester

Prompt service! used the click and collect food arrived within minutes friendly staff.

Atrocious in all aspects! Made a big order and drove to friends which we were disappointed to see there's hardly any chips in our large meal and they somehow missed a meal leaving one person without dinner.For something so simple they somehow manage to mess up a straightforward order and mainly focus on quantity than quality and it shows.Will from this day forward be avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

First point.. The app doesn't always show up to date stock. We ordered some dessert items which should have been in stock according to the app. 2 out of 4 weren't. The staff were really helpful in trying to help sort it out and it's not their fault at all there seems to be a glitch as it's now happened the last 3 times. The food was all great and what you'd expect from mcdonalds. Bit bemused that they still don't have any tomatoes!! It's been a few weeks now. Also they need to check the fries as 2 of our group of 6 had raw fries. On the whole it's one of the better fast food stores in the area.

Very busy so quite a long wait but the food was barely warm as if it was sitting around a while. The guy on the floor looking after tables bins and missing items was amazing and deserves recognition.

Steer clear! After waiting over 30 mins at 4 m8ns oast midnight our food was given to the wrong drive in customers who were sorting through wondering what they had been given ! It was then taken back and handed straight to us!! We stated that we couldn't eat that after it had been handled by the people in front and had eaten a few chips from it ! The manager offered us a free dessert which we declined and asked for fresh food. 5 mins later we got the food but on arriving home it was obvious it was the same food rebagged!!

Food took 15 mins. It was 9PM and restaurant was not busy at all. I had a voucher, for a discount, but the manager said I couldn’t use it, came over and was very rude towards me. I insisted a refund as I couldn’t have my items I paid for which she reluctantly gave me. They then wasted the food they had made, which is disgusting in my view, rather then just giving me it. Awful experience. Rude manager. If you’re in Chichester, then make the treck up to portfield McDonald’s, much nicer.

The service was very slow and by the time we got home the food was pretty cold but chicken nuggets were piping hot, so they obviously left the rest of the food on the side whilst waiting. It was a drive through so i was pleasently surprised when all the order was there.

Get caught in the drive through to be told no chips or chicken but you still have to pay as a meal ! What a joke . No way to get out but que for nothing . Management could have told you before you que up . Poor display of management due to stock and organisation. Absolute shambles .

Went today at 2.50 ordered food through drive through, due to Covid not wanting to enter restaurant, ordered for family , picked food up parked in ajasent car park 2 minutes to find stone cold big Mac / double cheeseburger/ and single cheeseburger, not able to eat so went in bin ,so we had only chips with no salt on which I never asked for!! Could not complain as did not want to enter store hence going in drive through, disgusting , is this what it's come to to except what your given????

If you're the kind of person who likes to use the drive thru and sit in the car to eat then you better like seagulls because Chichester gate car park has an army of them, Some are as big as a Fiat 500 and also likely to contain an attractive female inside.
