Lovely cafe inside a shop. Unfortunately very little for vegetarians and no vegan choices in the shop or cafe. Soya milk in tiny single shot plastic pots to go with our tea. Really hope they offer some veggie/ vegan options soon.

Nice farm shop, very friendly owner. We were on holiday at seal bay & visited the farm shop & tea room. The cream tea was really tasty & nice cup of tea. We loved it so much we came back the next day for another cream tea. Sadly we are going home friday but when we are back at seal bay in september for another holiday we will definately come back to the farm shop & tea room. Also had a nice little chat with the owner Martin, he recomended a nice little cove to look for further along from the farm shop. Which we found & it was a nice spot to walk our dog & look at the cove & sea. Thank you martin for recommending there & thank you for a nice experience we had whilst visiting your farm shop & tea room. See you again in september 😀

Not the cheapest place around but a unique place offering genuine quality local produce in their shop, a cafe specialising in crab sandwiches and lots of other offering too. Outside a mini garden centre where you can stock up on compost. Worth a visit for lunch or afternoon tea.

Absolute delight to lunch here today! Amazing atmosphere with good music and interesting memorabilia.. Food was so fresh and tasty. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome too! A nice touch to pick up something special from the farm shop too.. A great little gem of a place worth a visit 🤗

Picture this, you're on a lovely day out with the family, suns up, nice breeze, just done a lap of Pagham harbour and worked up a serious appetite for some local chow. After following directions to this very farm shop we landed in and immediately everyone turned around and stopped talking. Weird. Maybe we're just hungry, lets sit down and look at the menu."Our famous crab sandwich""Wow" I thought.. "say no more, im having that!...£10? take my money." The expectations were sky high. I paid at the counter and we waited. The food arrives, it looks good but - there's a smell, its a smell I'd smelt before and I knew right then and there but I didn't want to admit it. I was starving so I went straight in.I took a bite of this sandwich and time stood still. I was chewing, tasting, trying to work out what was going on, but the sinking feeling of disappointment came over me all too quickly."How is it?" Asked my girlfriend. I couldn't even look her in the eyes.Far from fresh, no taste and the bread was soggy. Worst of all, margarine.Anyway, my infant daughter then chose to relieve herself quite suddenly and I had to change her in the bathroom with a cardboard cut-out of mick Jagger watching me.Coffee was good though.

Stopped by for Afternoon Tea on Mother's day. The place was pretty busy but ran like clockwork. The afternoon tea was great with a good selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Brilliant place for afternoon tea. Food amazing and staff so lovely and friendly. Loved all the Rolling Stones memorabilia on the walls. A little gem of a place. Definitely recommend it.

What a fantastic farm shop and café this is. We had the most delicious crab sandwich and a panini which comes with a lovely side salad. The staff were most welcoming and the service was great. Our food was served very promptly after placing our order, (an important factor if you have a little person that is not good with long waits). The shop is packed with beautiful pieces, a great place to find an unusual gift or perhaps purchase a set of glasses for special occasions. We'd definitely recommend this place and will be heading back there again soon.

What an absolute gem of a place. The welcome was warm, the crab sandwiches were a feast and the farm shop an aladdin's den of chic and quirky! The buyer for the shop certainly has an eye for the beautiful and unusual! The icing on the cake is that the whole place is dog friendly. Bravo!

So glad we stopped off at this farm shop and tea room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The shop is full of beautiful gifts to delicious local produce. The tea room is the perfect spot for a refreshing home-made lemonade before heading down to the beach (it's also dog friendly which was such a bonus for us!) Will definitely come back soon!
