Won't deliver to selsey even though its 20 minutes down one long road lol.

Great place for pizzas, fun employees. Only thing for me that lets it down is parking facilities, otherwise 5 stars.

First time we've ordered from here. Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was quick and efficient with friendly driver. Food was hot, tasty and plenty for us. Looks like a worthwhile points rewards system. Am sure we will order again.

I came in last night whilst I was waiting for my Pizzas to be made and the hygiene standards held here are the worst I've ever seen!Staff walking round on their phones, sat on the side of the kitchen on their phones, staff on the kitchen with no uniform/work clothes on, staff with long hair with no hair nets or hats, there was an earpod, a crash helmet and staff drinks on the counter where the food was being prepared, the kitchen was a state with mess all over the floor and sides. Staff went out for a cigarette and came back without washing their hands, a member of staff bought out more dough and put it on top of the older ones so clearly no stock rotation.I've managed kitchens I know all about health and hygiene, EHO and NSF and you would have failed if you had a visit from them. You really need to sort your staff out before your next audit.

My last time with papas. Pizza wasn’t even cooked fully and half of it was doughy and inedible. Also was squished and half the box lid was stuck to it upon delivery.

Booked a beautiful air bnb in Chichester Windsor road.So after a long drive decided to order pizza from here as it’s really close.And yes indeed it arrived very quick however it ruined our weekend away as me and my wife and kids and brother in law and his wife and kids all had food poisoning within 24 hours of eating from here we was fighting for the bathroom. Today is the 01/12/21 we are on Friday just gone and we are still feeling the affect and before any one asks no we didn’t eat anything else that weekend. Our kids all had high temperatures and was crying.So thanks for that. 🤢🤮

After collecting "Reward Points" over several months I finally accrued enough to order my large FREE pizza. As usual my order had to be done online however the transaction would not process.I called the store and Chloe the Manageress informed me that I have to pay at least £11.99 unless I collect (she will however give me more food I don't want) in order to receive my FREE pizza. Alternatively the suggestion was to pay the minimum £11.99 delivery charge for my FREE pizza.So, £11.99 for a free pizza for being a loyal customer.Something is very wrong here. Chloe said she doesn't have anything to do with Reward points and is unsure who I should speak to about my complaint. Bye Bye Papa John's.

I am honoured today after i had a chance to get papa johns invisible menu. As seen in pictures green papers were the invisible item ! Or may be evaporated? Why can't i ever get garilc and herb cheese even after ordering one ? I am unsure.Although the pizza was fantastic and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Should i call to confirm right order next time ?

£15 quid for this!!! Are you actually kidding?? In future I’ll buy elsewhere. You also didn’t deliver my drink with the food, nor was the note read. I asked not to come to the front door as my dad has cancer and is sleeping. Disgraced by the whole process and price

Terrible customer service. They don't care about you. Don't give them your money.After waiting an hour for our food they then informed us their oven hasn't been working all evening. No idea why they wouldn't let us know when we ordered as it's now 10pm.All they said was "sorry, nothing we can do" and then hung up on us! They wouldn't even offer a discount on a future order even though we've been a regular customer for a year.Definitely won't be using Papa John's ever again & will make sure all family & friends don't either.
