Pizza Express in Chichester

I think it has to be the worst experience I've had whilst eating out! They forgot our order to start with, waited over an hour before they realised as it appeared all the staff were having a chin wag in the corner of the restaurant , including what appeared to be a manager, what a drip!!! The only good thing was one member of staff called Ella who seemed to be carrying everyone including the manager where it should be the other way around and as for the other waitress she looked stoned out of her head

very good service, we were served by ella G, table of two and despite it being so busy, she was so patient and was a very kind waitress, we ate for valentines and will be coming back, food was delicious and the manager who seated us was very kind also

We've been here several times, always excellent, tasty pizza and good service. This time was no exception, visited with my wife and little boy and met my uncle and my nan there - so it is good for all ages :-) we had a nice time and the pizza was super delicious as always. We parked in the multi-storey car park on Avenue Dr Chartres and walked over the bridge, parking was cheap and there was plenty of space, the walk was pleasant after dinner too :-) I'm sure we'll be back :-)

Came Feb 2022 with family. Booked ahead and restaurant was busy the entire time. Food was all fine, can't really get pizza wrong however we were constantly asking for cutlery or needing this or that. The kids were also missing their veggies with doughball starter and the ice cream with their brownie pudding. This was ignored.

My husband and I visited for lunch today and the food was really good, although waited over an hour for our food when it wasn’t busy at all. We also weren’t told why we had to wait over an hour for it. We had to ask why it had taken so long and were then told they had to remake our food. We then proceeded to wait an extra 20 minutes to pay. Not good service at all.

Really nice food and great service! Defo would visit again. Prices are worth the food

Went out this evening with two of my girlfriends for a rare meal out, the food was delicious and the service was very attentive and on point, I had the canniloni and my friends each had a personal pizza all of which was fantastic, also thecoctails where lovely, highly recommend

We ordered 2 Pizzas from the new Vegan menu last night for collection, the Diavoli and the Giardiniera both Romana which claim to be a “A bigger, thinner, crispier pizza” and cost an extra £1.95 each.Once home we discovered that the bases where quite simply undercooked, they were soggy and inedible.For the £30 price mark for both the pizzas I have been left feeling completely and utterly dissatisfied would not recommend.

Food was fine, waitress was great. Condition of premises let's the place down. Gents toilet was out of order, disabled toilet needs refurbishment and a good clean.

Booked for 8 but shown to a table for 6. Eventually moved to a bigger table once occupants had left. Waitress seemed grumpy but it appeared understaffed so not surprising. Her 'phone' lost our order and she had to retake it. One pizza arrived with extra olives instead of jalapeños, another arrived after the others and another was missing its extra olives altogether. Puddings were very slow. So why even three stars? Well, it did taste very nice...
