Excellent. What a vast improvement with these new owners. Went there two years ago, it was dire and only just returned having read new owners. Had fabulous fish cakes. Friendly staff and ambience. Ideal venue east of Chichester.

Nice selection of drinks if that's all your after, but the food is great too. Went on a Sunday and enjoyed a brilliant beef roast. Fast, friendly service and a large garden.

Great country pub with wonderful food! The Scotch eggs, Southern fried Chicken and Pork belly were particularly outstanding! We were eating in the large garden with three young children who enjoyed the experience immensely. The pub has a large car park, large restaurant, cosy bar and clean toilets. Well worth a lunchtime visit.

A friendly country pub close to Chichester. The ambiance is welcoming and charming. There is a good selection of beers. I have only been to the pub twice, but so far I have not been that impressed with the dishes I tried (chicken schnitzel & plant-based Wellington). The food was not bad, just okay. Despite this, will visit again and give the menu another go.

Lovely warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely pub, location, nice cosy, big fireplace. Food was pretty good. I had the fish and chips and was not disappointed. Had a great afternoon here. Brought my dog along and it was lovely to be able to just relax with him and the rest of the family. Would visit again. Next time in the summer, so that I can experience their lovely garden/outside areas.

Went to try the Anglesey Arms in Jan 22 for a Sunday lunch with partner and three friends since it'd recently been refurbished/reopened. Excellent selection of Ales and a great choice on the menu. Vegan/Vegetarian options were also very good. Portions were generous too and the staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend and will definitely return!

This has been taken over recently and it's always a great place to go. The food is amazing and the kfc style chicken and scotch egg are some of the best starters I've eaten. Well worth a visit and there are some exciting plans from the owners to make this little gem even better!

Lovely staff, in lovely location, pub has been well looked after, on this day I didn't eat as the menu is a little too sophisticated for my simple taste buds, bit upset as me brother was paying lol... I did have a few nice cold Guinness thou

Usually really like the food at this place, but wasn't massively impressed sadly. Had the Christmas Dinner... Turkey was a thick turkey steak which was a bit tough, the potatoes tasted stale and it just wasn't great. The starters were delicious though. Sorry, really wanted to like it more.

We visited in the summer under prior ownership and was okay but nothing special.Last night we decided to return for a casual date night after the property had been refurbished with no expectations and were utterly blown away. The level of service, care and absolutely delicious food has set in stone our return in the future.
