The Beach House in Chichester

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Clean, modern and comfy. Amazing breakfasts and welcoming hosts. Treat yourself and book, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent B&B. Family room exceeded our expectations, superb breakfast, and all the little extras were wonderful...all very well thought out and friendly and super helpful hosts. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Loved our family room, although only 2 of us. The double bed was a bit firm for me, but the single bed was perfect. Everything we needed was available in our room. Breakfast was great, with amazing choice from full English to continental. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

This place is amazing, the room we stayed in was lovely, couldn't fault it. Us and the 2 dogs were made to feel very welcome by Pamela. Breakfast is 1st class, really good selection, the dogs loved their sausages and we loved the full English served outside our room. Only 10 minute walk to the beach and a pub within 2 mins for the evening. Only 2 of us and 2 dogs but the room had enough beds for 2 adults 2 children. As well as the cooked breakfast they offer continental and lots of other extras.

Pamela and Lorna went out of their way to make us feel at home! Nothing was too much trouble! Very friendly as well as being a great location and comfortable place to stay. Very clean and tidy and professionally run! We will be back!

Lovely owners, super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, comfortable, well kept and cosy. Incredible breakfast, lovely sweet treats, nice touches throughout, including a warm welcome for our dog. Great location for the beach, other good walks, close to Chichester and lots of great pubs with good food.

Great place to stay. We took our 2 dogs in one of the dog friendly rooms (I think this is our 4th stay over the last 2-3 years). Great facilities and breakfasts are amazing. Nothing is too much for the hosts Pam and Lorna. 20 min walk to an all year dog friendly beach which also has a long dog-free area (can also pay to park 20m away - note you may need to reserve parking for the beach in advance as it can get full when good weather but this is easy to do online). Our room (room 1) was very clean as usual, had a fridge as well as being ground floor with no steps so very easy access. Love the daily biscuit jar for our room and the endless sweets available in the lounge. Cutlery and plates also available if you want a take away or fish and chips in the evening! We used the microwave in the lounge to heat up soup. Hoping to be back later in the summer

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Beach House. The family room accommodation was perfect - everything felt brand new and was super clean which is so important in these strange times. The breakfast was definitely worth getting up for - perfectly cooked and great table service. Loved the touch of the super vitamin boosting drink too! West Wittering is a lovely place to explain and is such a pretty beach to spend a day at. Pamela (the owner) was great fun and obviously loves being a super host. Will hope to stay again next year.

We had a perfect one night stay. Lovely decor and layout. Delicious breakfast. Pam and Lorna were delightful hosts and when I forgot my clothes in a drawer, super helpful in getting them back to me. Room was cosy and super-comfortable. Recommended!

Had a great stay at the place. Room was clean and well kitted out. Location was good for walking to the beach but the best bit was the breakfast. You honestly get a better breakfast here than most 5 star hotels. Also the small touches such as the pleasantness of the staff as well as the snacks available in the room made this stay an absolute pleasure. Worth the money!
