The Charcoal Grill in Chichester

Great food, great quality, ordered a big meal and got a free bottle of drink of my choice with it. Friendly staff, for the price, could definitely have gotten bigger portion sizes but for chichester and selsey area, i'd reccomend this place over others, for anywhere else, it's quite expensive for the portion sizes. Only downside is the only parking available is on the street directly outfront so if your driving there, you either want to go when it's not busy or go to the carpark around the corner and pay for parking.

Last two weeks ordered from them as I normally do most months, and last Sunday night 1 hour 15 mins late, today 24/10/2021 ordered at 17.05 for 16.10 and finally got it delivered at 20.00 without the bottle of drink, the delivery guy had to go pick that up. Don't think I'll be ordering again any time soon.

Quite sad really!I loved this place, usually order at least once a month but it’s the first time that i have ordered since lockdown and it was not good. All my food arrived cold and I had to reheat in the oven., luckily I had no chicken dishes! Phoned and they said they would give me discount next time. We will see

Kebabs were good. Cod and pizza were not so nice so would just stick to the kebabs in future. Free bottle of drink with our food. Skinny fries were good too. Friendly staff.

I put in a food delivery online and waited over two hours! I called up saying I no longer wanted the food as it was past midnight and was not in the mood to eat anymore from it being so late.They said I will receive a refund and I’ll get it in 5 working days. It’s now been almost two weeks, after calling 3 times they said they would let the manager know and something would be done.I still have not received my money!

I was surprised, rarely eaten here and certainly last time was way before google reviews. Out for a drink dropped in for a little dirty food on the way home, server said the price and that was it, barely acknowledged my presence, I could have been cartwheel and he would have noticed me. Food was good service was very poor entering the boundaries of rude.
