The Seal Pub & Restaurant in Chichester

I don't normally reply to "how was" but The Seal was in my family of 5 opinion, excellent. From arrival to leaving the staff were attentive explaining the menu, dishes of the day, beers and lagers that were on. The starters and main were Hugh and needed a doggy bag to take home. Great price also. Thanks Seal.

Excellent to sumptuous food, with more than generous portions breakfast included. But in particular, one of the kindest staff I have seen in my lifetime. Our warmest thanks to have made our stay way better than we could ever have expected.

Came here with a large group for a 30th birthday, everything was perfect. the food was excellent, and even got a birthday card from the manager and bar staff. would definitely recommend and return.

Local friendly pub have been going here for many years since I moved to West sussex. Friendly welcoming had many good times there! :)

Sadly my burger was raw in places which put rather a dent in the meal. They served another without hesitation and I was not charged so kudos there

Didn't stay the night just enjoyed the food not the cheapest but food was lovely as was the service meat raffle on Saturday won a nice bit of pork loin very busy pub book in advance

We have eaten here several times visiting the Near by campsite. The food is amazing, their chief knows what he is doing! Not just great food but the service is always amazing and it’s such a great vibe here. You feel welcome and appreciated!

It was fine but wish they would play some live music on a Saturday night. Very nice and warm though! The warmest place in the village.

Kiki provided an excellent, tasty hot buffet for our small wake gathering. She also went out of her way to make sure our special dietary needs were catered for. Her waitress service was faultless.

Lovely staff, they do make you feel welcome and at home. Great people make a great place, highly recommended.
