The Traveller's Joy in Chichester

Great pub with excellent staff who couldn't do more for their customers. Food was delicious and all at a good price. Highly recommend this venue for Sunday roast or a quick passing drink!

Very expensive for what food we had, £15 for fish and chips, fish was more batter than actual fish, other members of our party were not impressed with their meals either.£87 for 5 meals and 5 drinks, would understand had we had starters or desserts....

We met friends here and had a very good meal. The bar is a dog friendly one and all of the staff were delightful.I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely pub, dogs welcome in the bar too. Nice selection of beers, it's Fullers Pub so you know the beers always good. Service and staff were great and the food was excellent. I had the Seafarers Ale batter Cod and Chips, nice size portion too much really, followed by a chocolate brownie with mint chocolate chip ice cream possibly an unusual combo but it worked well. Recommended.

Very disappointed after mostly reading good reviews. Had lunch there today. Meal wasn’t hot and the amount of veg was paltry. I would have said something but we were not asked how the meal was at anytime. Service behind the bar unprofessional- bar staff were openly hung over from the night before - they didn’t stop talking about it and it showed. Shame it’s left a poor impression.

Friendly pub, old fashioned, has loads of room in the beer garden and great prices highly recommended.

Excellent Friday lunch - fish and chips were very good and a delicious steak and kidney pie. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

We called in for a quick drink on our way home from a walk with our 2 dogs. We were all made welcome. We ended up having not only a drink but a Sunday lunch!! The staff were very friendly and polite. The food was served quickly and hot. We will be back. Thank you.

Great food,great atmosphere, great beer, great hostess, great company. Just great. So accommodating. Can't rate travellers joy highly enough.
