took my daughter 9n her 9th birthday with my parents. we where all treated very well and the food and service was spot on 4 our taste.

Absolutely stunning spot, I have lived in the area for many years and not discovered this gem. A friend and I had a delicious meal whilst watching the sun set from their beer garden, the most spectacular views and the staff were all very helpful and sweet. Couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised.

Two weary walkers arrived for lunch without having booked a table. They were fully booked but offered to put a gazebo up in the garden just for us so we could remain sheltered from the British, drizzly sky. We had an excellent lunch and the service was so amazing. We will definitely be back soon!

Lovely pub and garden. We visited as there is memorabilia at the Tangmere aviation museum. Apparently this pub was home from home for a number of pilots.

We booked this for four people on a complete whim on a hot summers day. WOW! Stunning garden scenery and layout. Staff were fantastic and welcoming. Food was really good and priced accordingly. Locals probably need to understand a pub doesn't survive on a NIMBY attitude (staring people out / looking up and down / this is my pub) but that's not the pubs fault, we didn't care and that should definitely not put you off. A proper gem of a pub.

A great pub to eat in a great area to walk. I only get to eat here once a year at most. I would love come back when the weather is warm and dry.
