Trents in Chichester

Would highly recommend 👌 Simon and his team are fantastic. Inside is nice and relaxed with a good choice of drinks and food. The pub also has a great outside seating area with heaters if its a bit chilly....

I had a fantastic night out with friends at this pub. There was a DJ playing in the garden, which created a really lovely atmosphere. We spent most of our evening in the beer garden, which was really cozy as they had the heaters on and we were delighted to see that the shed garden bar has re-opened. All in all it was a brilliant night and I would highly recommend this pub as they have some really cool events on over the next month!

We had a lovely time at Trents celebrating my grandfathers birthday recently. We were welcomed well at the door and shown to a lovely table. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was so lovely. We will 100% be returning for more of Simon and the team's hospitality! 11/10!

Fantastic pub with great food and a vast selection of spirits, wines and beers on tap. We had an amazing afternoon celebrating a family birthday. Will 100% be coming back here.

Lovely convenient location. Friendly staff Angela and Adrian. We enjoyed a meal. One star less as menu item was incomplete, missing a key ingredient. We were told the kitchen had run out, but no compensation was offered. However we will still go back as it was a pleasant experience.

Before visiting I checked the menu and assumed this would be a "trendy townie" pub, but once we got here for lunch we immediately realised this is a much more friendly and community centric place. Lots of events advertised, and had a lovely chat with the manager Simon who is very friendly and attentive.Visited for a quick lunch after doing the walls walk. Food was hot and tasty, comfortable seating indoors, and outdoor heaters work amazingly well! Look forward to popping back soon

What a great high street find. Simon immediately welcoming and patient (I was having a blonde moment).His pub has a relaxed eclectic feel, which makes you feel at ease whoever you are and whatever you're there to do.Sitting down and seeing the great signs, eye catching and showing what great links to supporting the community it has- if I was closer the knit and natter sounds brill a pint and a chat with people doing something crafty ...win!Go visit and enjoy

I had Christmas Lunch on Christmas Day and the food was fantastic the place was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and obliging. I will be going back anytime I’m in Chichester and will be recommending this pub to everyone- there’s also a garden seating area and parking available. So glad it’s prices are good value for money too!

Another restaurant off my list --- Trents.It was a busy lunch service as we went in. The wait was about 40minutes as they were also serving people in their garden setting.Hand sanitizer and mask station at the entrance.Then we were sat on our chair.The menu was on the table which was also the placemat.It was calm and relaxing inside. People enjoying their drinks and food.Everything is cooked when its ordered.Finally, food is out.I had fish and chips and it was huge.The batter was light, fish moist, in house tartare sauce was awesome, and the chips were lush.My friend had a platter of wings. Very tender and the flavor seeped through the meat and finished with a lovely glaze.
