Wagamamas is always a good time, great food, relaxed vibe. We were served by josh tonight, really professional, smiley and welcoming. He recommended some vegan chicken buns which turned out to be awesome. 👍

Birthday treat for a family member. Good tasting, filling food at a reasonable price. Yes it's a chain & they're all alike but accept that business model & you'll very probably have a nice meal.

Omar specifically was awesome. Made a few jokes that appealed to my awful dad humour and made our anniversary dinner feel very special.Good food (as always) too!

The service was brilliant and all staff were very friendly (and wearing masks).Pros: service seemed to be quick. Especially with the current shortage of hospitality staff the country is facing. The puddings were amazing! I had the white chocolate and ginger cheesecake and my husband had the smoked chocolate cheesecake. The starters (called sharing in wagamamas) we're sensational! We had the gyoza and pork steamed bun.Cons: the mains were bland. Thank goodness they provided soy sauce. I had a pork ramen and the noodles were sooooo over cooked they had congealed into one big mass. The broth wasn't exactly flavoured either. I had a hard boiled egg on top which was fridge cold.Covid: plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere. Toilets were very clean and staff were wearing masks.

We ordered 2x Tantanmen Beef Brisket Ramen via Deliveroo. We've ordered it before and it was pretty mild. This time it was incredibly spicy due to the amount of chili oil. We contradicted the lady on the phone but she was right, it was supposed to have some chili oil. She said she will refund us and was really nice! Didn't catch her name but she had an Italian accent. Thank you for the way you handled the situation!

A great place for a quick meal. The duck ramen was really flavourful with a nice bite to it. The pork belly ramen was a bit disappointing to me as it didn't taste of much. The wagamama style is very unic and will most likely never be my favourite restaurant style, but the food is normally very good and with a quick service.
