Not as big as the Romsey branches but still good quality plants and accessories.

My husband & I went to Hillier's in Chichester to purchase a bird table. We needed some help & I was very lucky to have been assisted, by Ethan, who was nothing less than outstanding. His customer service was exceptional - we were both totally amazed by this young man's helpfulness, as nothing was too much trouble for him. Finding such excellent customer service in this day & age, is a rarity, so our experience was truly memorable. Ethan you are a star & a major asset to Hillier'sThank you for "going that extra mile".....................Needless to say, we purchased our bird table!Lyn & Pete

Good garden centre. Decent offers with membership and priced well. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable

Hillier's is what I would call a seasonal garden centre, unlike a nursery that will keep stock all year round. Usually very well stocked with seasonal plants and shrubs. It can be expensive compared to other garden centres locally but I would say you pay for what you get. The quality and very often the size of the shrub for example is very often better. Usually a good selection, especially bedding. Pots and wooden features, indoor plants, books and the usual that garden centres seem to carry these days. A coffee shop which I haven't used. Staff in my experience have been friendly and helpful.

Went to the cafe today have been before and it was good. However today was quite poor. I had soup nice but bread roll not great. My aunt had a pannenie which was one and no brown bread. Service slow and staff spent a lot of time talking to each other and it's not cheap. Don't think I will be going again any time soon.

Nice little chilled garden center. I highly rate the restaurant. The menu is pretty basic but I think the food is very good. Keep up the good work.

Lovely garden centre shame about the restaurant. Used to have really good lunches on our regular trips to Chichester. Went in last Friday approx 1pm for sandwiches. With a Reduced choice you would expect the ingredients to be available, no brown bread, egg avocado and spring onion sandwich but no avocado, no alternative to the avocado offered unless we paid extra, not worth bothering with the salad - one baby gem lettuce leaf with a very small amount of red onion and red cabbage on top. No reduction in price for the lack of ingredients and got the impression the staff didn't really care. Will not be using it again as our lunch stopover.

Very nice and curated garden centre. I loved the atmosphere even if I could not find what I was initially looking for. The staff is great, all smiles and very prompt. I ended up buying something anyway such was the pleasantness of the experience and the uplifting mood of the place. There is also a cafe and a small bookshop onsite
