Just ordered, they had it delivered wonderfully on time, but... No utensils, tissues, my ribs were supposed to be just a bit bbq-ed(they went with full bbq instead) will try again tomorrow.

£40 worth of slop!!! Raw chicken satay! Apparently that’s what it looks like when it’s marinated!! Started shouting abuse down the phone so I took the contents wiped off the plates back into their bag and stuck it on the counter. I am told by the guy I am not the only person who is saying it’s raw.....that’s cause it is!! DO NOT USE

The worst Chinese I have ever tasted. I used to be a regular customer and have lived locally all my life but over the years Alex has completely disappointed time and time again. The last time I ordered food it was inedible and when I phoned to complain had it put down on me. This level of professionalism only shows just how much Alex cares for his customers.

Worst £22.50 I've ever spent. Absolutely horrible food. The prawns tasted frozen the bbq ribs were bone dry? I literally just closed it all back up and binned it. Horrible food. Staff seemed friendly tho...Edit. I've had it since and the food was better still not worth it

Love this take away. Friendly staff. Great with kids. Even give advice on how to use a chop stick for those that struggle (like me) even gave my boyfriend a kids chopstick for his 4 year old. Food is always on top form. Cannot fault Chungs at all.

Tasteless food, definitely the worst Chinese I have ever had. We ordered two starters, a rice and two mains - it all went in the bin. The beef actually smelt off. Anyone who rates this has clearly not tasted food from a decent Chinese restaurant. I did call them to inform them I thought the beef was off, but they weren't interested - "if you don't like it, you don't have to come back". Avoid for the sake of your taste buds and your health

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY LEAVE FOOD OFF OF YOUR ORDER THEN SHOUT ABUSE DOWN THE PHONE WHEN YOU TRY TO ASK THEM WHERE IT IS.So I'll set the scene, last Saturday I was cracking open a cold one with the boys. All was well until the missus came home with the kids - nightmare. I know what'll shut em up, a cheeky chow mein and pork balls. So I call my local Chinese and order them. Order arrives and there's no pork balls in sight. Driver had gone by this point so I ring them up and ask. All this bloke does is shout abuse down the phone about how I'm a liar and trying to pull a fast one on them. He hangs up and blocks my number. The kids are hysterical that they've got no pork balls. This causes me and the missus to have a falling out. She's now left her ring and has taken the kids the her Mum's.She said this was the last straw. I'm sorry Sharon, please take me back.
