The Elephant & Castle pub in Chiltern

We popped in when visiting friends nearby, lovely pub with a great hidden beergarden at the back. The girl who served us was amazing! Put up with all my toddlers demands and genuinely made the visit really enjoyable. Food was great. Will definitely back when next in the area.

Food was nice but cold after waiting for cutlery. It took a while for our party to get our food. The kitchen closed before we could order desserts! This was a pre wedding celebration and left us feeling disappointed. Then told that the children had to vacate the premises by 9pm 3 bridesmaids and a pageboy, we were the only people in the garden. So very disappointed

Lovely staff, nice and clean. We just had sandwiches and chips at lunchtime but very happy with it.

My partner and I took my mum to the elephant and castle on Mother’s Day. We had forgotten to boom but the team still squeezed us in despite it being busy.We had 2 nut roasts and 1 lamb shank and the roast diners were fantastic and very generous on the portion size.Thank you to Rosie and Evie for serving us and make our experience. Can’t wait to come back

Decent pub with reasonable food and helpful staff. We had a very pleasant lunch.

Just visiting the area but wished we lived here as this would be our local! Brilliant pub with lovely staff with good food and beer & wine. If we are ever back in the area we will be back! Major bonus points for it being dig friendly 🤩

We had beers, mulled wine and starter snacks. Perfect for an icy day. Lovely food, good service and comfortable seating.

Lovely pub with a great garden area / with heating and drink selection is great. Spent many of evenings here with friends as a go to - great menu, however food can be unfortunately disappointing (ordered two meals and both came completely incorrect). Sad about that as a loyal customer

First time to Amersham and we decided to have lunch here. Fabulous choice! The service was superb, the food was cooked to perfection and the Guinness was divine. Highly recommend! 👌🏻
