Lovely old inn on the edge of town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice room and very comfy bed. Will be staying again.

Terrible experience menu was drastically reduced, waiting 1 hour after ordering food, and then were told no deserts as kitchen had since closed management drunk and apologising only after taking the money . Lovely decor shame about everything else

What a lovely old pub the interior decor is great, we stayed sat night, very reasonably priced, the Cooked breakfast although extra, @£5.00 was amazing value, the staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again

Living in the village this is a lovely little gem, coming here on the weekend is a personal treat for myself and my boyfriend. Since being taken over prior to covid this place has come leaps and bounds, food is top notch and the alcohol range is world's away from what the previous owners stocked. I believe the nicest thing the pub does is bring some well needed music into the village hosting regular nights of live singers and bands.

Good food, nice atmosphere & friendly staff. Their Sunday lunch menu is well rounded as is their normal food. Decent prices too!

Sunday lunch, nice choice of Sunday roasts and of course the normal menu. Good value, nice food well presented. The only thing that we thought was a bit mean, as a table of 4, 3 people had Sunday roasts, but we got the same size vegetable portion as a table of 2. Appart from that couldn't fault it.

Stayed for a night while visiting friends. Nice room, with a comfy bed, and attractive decor, had an undisturbed night.Unfortunately the shower was bearly a trickle. Also the breakfast included was insufficient. A handful of pastries to go around all guests, cereal, fruit and toast felt like only half a meal. My wife had phoned ahead twice to mention her veganism and received confirmation that she would have options, but in reality no one had bought in the products. A small mistake, admittedly, but compounded by there being little else to satisfy a hungry adult.

We were almost lonesome leaving the Greyhound Inn. We spent 4 wonderful nights being spoiled by Micheal and his wonderful team. The best staff we have ever met in any of the hotels we've stayed. The food as always was amazing. Looking forward to our next visit. Con and Angie.

Nice selection of real ales and a great nut roast but the thing that was outstanding was the lovely staff. The waitress was super helpful and really friendly, she even offered to keep an eye on our bikes while we ate. That really is customer service above and beyond, and means we'll be sure to return. Thank you for being so helpful, we really appreciated it.
