What a great place, we were visiting friends in Crawley for the Day. Dave and Heather booked the Restaurant. Best Olives I have tasted👌 the mains we chose were both tasty and very filling. The Customer Service was fantastic. Especially the young waitress who was full of smiles. What a credit she is. Sorry I didn't get her name. Ten out of ten guys all round 👌

Staff were very pleasant and service was good. We only wanted a snack, so chose two starters. Unfortunately they were disappointing - calamari had soggy batter and not hot. Brochetta was really hard needed olive oil. It was expensive for what it was. Won't be going back.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and took care of us quickly during a busy night. Definitely coming back here another time.

Unfortunately the experience was really poor with food having to be sent back as it came out cold. Although the waiter was apologetic with the cold food as they were busy the manager then told us that it was ‘the best they could do’ and we would have to wait 45 mins for more food. As we were catching a movie afterward we kindly declined at which point we were asked to finish our drinks promptly and leave. I assume so other customers that evening could enjoy their cold food? I hope this mindset from management changes soon!

Great experience dining in this casual restaurant. Service was cordial.I ordered 2 starters, Ciabattini Dough Bites and Truffle Gnocchi; both were yummy. For main course I ordered the Zucca Dolcelatte; tortellini perfectly cooked, a savory dish . My Chocolate Brownie for dessert was good, but the brownies could have been a bit warmer but I enjoyed it as well as my other choices.I will definitely return.

I usually love this restaurant and until this experience I visited it every week, however on this occasion it was early evening around 6.30pm I took my partner here for a bit to eat and a coffee only to be told “ you haven’t booked sorry we can’t help you” ! There were many tables free at the time and I explained we just wanted a coffee and a quick bite to eat so wouldn’t be long, We were regular customers who spend quite a substantial amount in there each month. We were celebrating our anniversary that night and felt very upset and let down. We won’t be visiting this restaurant again after this very disappointing display of customer service !

Staff are lovely. But the food is the worst. Iv had better microwave meals. We even sent one meal back refusing to eat it.Would not return ever. Save your money and get a big mac from next door..... just as processed but would taste fresher

Really nice food and even better service. Carlos was amazing and really looked after us. will definitely come back again.

Good serving quality of a handsome waiter as handsome as the singer, Bruno Mars. The food in here is brilliant, such as the Bolognese, pizza(as the main dishes) But I think the Mingo-flavored gelato is a bit sour.

Easy booking and parking, friendly, helpful staff and nice food. Dropped a star because first and second menu choice was not available. Kids had a good time, will be back.
