Brewers Fayre Goffs Park in Crawley

Arrived for Mothers day and it wasn't overly busy. Many tables were empty. We waited 30 minuets to place orders.My dinner was quick as it was a roast and my sons wasnt arriving. When I was almost finished, the waitress arrived with my son's desert, he hadn't even had his starter or main!! ( 45 mins after ordering) so they rushed to get that sorted and appologised, but then followed more waiting. We were est by the conservatory where people smoked and it came through the windows, I was getting very stressed by this point.Poor food quality and taste, the roast was horrible, nothing like the Bognor Regis one !I spoke to a man ( manager? ) 3 times and the last time asked to cancel the puddings and let me pay, but again he apologised and then nothing..... more waiting and waiting so I put the money on the table and left!

Very nice, service was good, food was lovely Pictures of beer battered fish and chips and s'mores cookie Lady called Sara served us was nice, and manager was nice

The food was great, service was fine too - waitress lookeda bit lost and didn't explain anything about vegetarian options, but we ate just fine. The place looked really tired with lamp shades missing and just generally felt lacking attention and care. We did go to eat and not celebrate so for the price it was great.

So much better than last time good food plenty of it at a fair price. Friendly and helpful staff. 4 star's no prices on drinks menu. We had the carvery normal price.

Was not impressed. We waited more than an hour for our food.The haddock was very dry as if it had been cooked long before it was brought to the table and on a cold plate.A chardonnay wine was ordered half way through our meal but it never came.We cancelled it when we chose our sweet.Waitress was very apologetic .

Good place to eat and drink, comfortable surroundings, tables always clean. Good selection of food and drink, service can be a little slow at times but well worth a visit. Prices reasonable a match for most places.

Not all that happy. I've been here a few times and it used to be great but is declining quickly. I came dressed up with friends and spent a fair amount and was treated well. Now I'm here with my family and kids and service is poor. Every other table is being seen to and we are being ignored. No cutlery when food was brought. No wine glasses with our bottle of wine. No pens/ pencils for our kids colouring sheets. This will be the last time I come here. Came out for a nice family meal and it's been abit of a joke.

The staff were great very polite apart from one, who was a little rude. Food could have been better. Other than that it was ok easy to order helpful staff etc, would I return probably not.

Me and my mum went for Christmas Dinner, the staff were polite when we told them that our prawn cocktail starter was half frozen they apologised and took it away. However we weren't offered a refund for this, the larger tables were tended to properly whilst we were mostly ignored, we had to clear our own dirty plates away as we sat for half an hour with them in front of us , the Dinner wasn't great we couldn't even cut our sprouts in half and the beef was so chewy it hurt our jaws, we wasted most of it. The saving grace would've been the pudding had we not been ill since probably from the prawns. My mum is going to make a complaint.

Really good service, lovely food. Breakfast was great, unlimited breakfast £9.99. great way to start the day. You have a choice of can have all of it. Bacon, sausages, black pudding, mushrooms, beans, hash browns and eggs. Fruit help your self, toast, cereal. Teas coffees. Lots to choose from.
