Burger King in Crawley

Had to wait over half an hour for just a beef burger for my brother, also I've ate here before and the food has tasted awful. Never again

What can I say, poor food, miserable service, and over priced. McDonald's has nothing to worry about.

Burger King in general.. just absolutely awful.. prices are almost restaurant level now.. and the taste doesn’t even beat McDonalds. Pure $h!t

I give it 2 stars coz the food was good but the staff are miserable. I'd rather go to McDonald's, their food's not so great but they have smiling friendly staff.

Completely miserable staff, especially the girl called Ayda. So off putting, I wish I never purchased my burger. Terrible customer service.

I was looking forward to trying new Burger King burger, we were astonished by how expensive everything is and were shocked to find out that small and regular sizes are the same! Approached two of the staff members, one of them called Itra, asking for explanation regarding sizes. Abruptly was explained that's how it is with burger king you click on regular that's why you pay £2 more despite the fact that sizes are the same with small. I don't understand is it really acceptable to trick people in paying way more. Or were cashiers lying to me???

Was told plant based burgers are cooked on same grills as meat, and no longer doing the spicy bean burger, if you are vegatarian/vegan suggest you go to subway nearby

We ordered Burger King for the first time in a long time decided to spoil our family.When we got our food it was cold.(not really BK fault) but the food tasted old especially the rolls, they were definitely stale,the double bacon and cheese burger had half a piece of bacon on it no cheese and it tasted revolting . There wasn't even a spot of sauce . I am so disappointed with our burger king. Wasted our hard earned money

Stopped off for a Full English cooked breakfast and pot of tea. Good value at £7.95 and the staff could not have been more friendly, attentive and helpful.The breakfast arrived quickly, was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.The only reason I marked them down a star was that the serving plate was stone cold and as a result chilled my food so that in no time the baked beans and fried egg weren't even luke warm. Easily fixed and won't stop me revisiting.

Would not recommend. Order was wrong and had to go and get it rectified and when I got the correct order it was very disappointing. I was eating out with someone else and it was not worth nearly £18 for two chicken meals. Bacon very disappointing.. hardly cooked and bad quality also portion size was disappointing. One of the staff was also wearing false nails with gems which is not acceptable in food environments.
