AVOID ORDERING,FOOD WAS COLD AND HORRIBLE,OVER AN HR WAIT FOR DELIVERY, APPALING AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICEWe have been using them for nearly over 5 yrs. There had been occasions in the past when the food has turned up cold and not properly cooked chicken balls. However our very recent order was a complete let down.The lady at the counter lied about delivery as checking with the driver,he said he only left shop 20 mins before.The whole order took 1hr20 mins to get to us,with overall distance of 2 miles which we had to keep chasing the status of it.When we tried to call the shop to advise how the whole experience ruined our evening,the call handler advised to cancel and return the order with no apology or any goodwill gesture of offering money off etc of our order of £35.The food was cold and tasteless. Definitely not ordering again..

Just collected my order. Far too salty on every dish which is a real shame. Been going there for 20 years and tonight was so disappointing, would I go back again. Not sure

Very poor service cancelled our order by email half an hour after we placed it. Kept the money still have not recieved a refund! I will not use again.

Order at 18:21 receive food at 20:40 after ringing repeatedly to get through.First chase after 90 mins - “driver is out with the food just a few minutes”2nd chase - left phone on side whilst serving other customers in background and comes back with “driver has dropped the food in car and need to remake he’s on way. Will be 15 mins” which given she didn’t speak to anyone was miraculous she knew this.3rd chase after another 20 mins - he’s on his way.4th chase 20 mins later - “just wait he’s coming”No apologies, no offer of any compensation or refund of delivery charge etc.

Awful will never order again. I don't think the woman who picks up the phone can understand English very well- and this is just an observation. I've been a vegetarian for 24 years- I ordered vegetable fried rice on the phone - took it home and it's a rice with meat!! When I called her she argues with me that I ordered meat rice🙈🙈🙈 I tell her what would I do that as Ive been a vegetarian for a very long time but she insists I ordered meat. Not even trying to apologise and fix the issue just keeps arguing with me I ordered meat... total Lack of any customer service. will never order again, food goes to the bin and would not recommend. Terrible.

Worse night of my life was waiting for 2 and a half hours on New Year’s Eve for some Chinese food. Over 200 orders, 1 person at the front desk and no apology.Everyone was in the same boat and some people were waiting for over 3 hours.What a great way to sum up 2020.

Well thought we would try this takeaway, but to say we were disappointed is an understatement.... Ordered on line but they lost the order so was left waiting for 45 mins in the shop. Get the food home and one item missing another wrong. And the general quality was poor. Would not recommend and definitely will never use again....

We ordered a £40 takeaway,delivery £1.50 extra and we live 5 minutes away. After waiting around 40 minutes I called and they said it will be here in 5 minutes which it was. The food tasted okay but the sauces were all very thick and gravy like. I won't be using again.

Friendly staff, friendly service and always prompt delivery. Rice portions are huge, so you might want to ask for half a portion.Food quality is decent, some dishes are better than others and probably the best Chinese in Crawley from my experience.

Some dishes better than others, but I believe that's the same for most places serving food. Large quantities of food (rice is in huge portions), and telephone service and delivery have been efficient and polite. On balance, we're happy with it !
