Costa Coffee in Crawley

The floor was dirty with stains and rubbish, some of the tables were not clean and bins not emptied with a moderate level of customers and 4 staff that appeared not to be doing much. Not a standard Costa is usually known for. Quite displeasing with the experience.

Good place to spend lots of money on everything it's only tea I mean how much does a bloody tea bag cost

Staff slightly miserable but really clean

Staff wouldn't let me use the toilet until I purchased a drink, the toilets were dirty, the shop is run down

One toilet with number keypad to get in, toilet very small, very shabby, dirty and impossible for anyone in a wheelchair! Costa, you should be ashamed, you must take enough money to build decent toilets and keep them in good condition!!

Normally give higher ratings for costa but this particular costa feels cramped and customer toilet out of order

What can you say it's a Costa. It has all the normal food and drinks. However, if you want a drink slightly different depending on the person you get it isn't always 100% right.

Apart from a wobbly table, everything was ok. What you would expect from a Costa. Colleagues were friendly and the table were all cleared and clean. Wasn't particularly busy at my time of visiting. Score dropped because of the wobble!!

Probably the best Costa outlet in the UK. Lovely staff, lovely coffee….lovely place to study the Bible 😇
