We just had the amazing family bday party of 10 at creams cafe.the ambiance was very welcoming and cool, staff was very friendly and the service we received was delightful. They have so much variety of desserts in their menu which is bit expensive as well but it is worth it bcoz the quality and taste of food is really outstanding. This restaurant is now one of my favourite restaurant and shall go back soon.

Really lovely staff, tables kept squeaky clean, extremely quick service and the food was delicious. After a rude ice cream van man in tilgate park shouted at my 8 year old niece for pretty much just being an excited kid looking forward to her ice cream she was extremely upset as was I. I’m glad we decided to go to creams instead she was grinning from ear to ear when we left. And to top it off as we was leaving I dropped £10. I was chased by the delivery driver to the car and he returned it to me. What a nice bunch. I genuinely feel like this needs more than 5 stars

Everything about this restaurant was excellent. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. The staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. The dessert was really good. Great atmosphere with really nice people.

Amazing customer services and fantastic staff. Always find the venue clean and in good state. Love their food variety, so much to choose from and absolutely thrilled about it when I am here.

The most delicious sundae and iced coffee I've eat in the town.

Large variety of ice cream but do watch out for the cookie dough ice cream with chocolate cake and other toppings. Something like that-It’s sweet but delicious. Cookie dough with a dollop of ice cream is good to your senses. Perhaps wash down your heavy meal with one of their milkshakes with blended gelatos.

I went there last night with my family and we ordered waffles, we were shocked to see the stingy amount of toppings! The prices have increased but you’re definitely not getting what you’ve paid for, was very disappointed!

Good place for an indulgent treat. We have been a few times and the service has always been quick. Yesterday we received the order less than 10 minutes after ordering it.Shame it has become increasingly more and more expensive with most of the options averaging around the ÂŁ7 mark for something that is just a treat and has no nutritional value.

14.10.21Thought we'd go for a quick late night dessert - shop states that it closes at 11:00pm.We got there at 10:40pm and the staff told us it was closed...? There was another 20 mins left before you actually close yet the staff refused to serve us.We tried to come to a comprise and asked if we could have a take away, but they point blank refused! What's the point in advertising that you're open until 11:00pm if you're going to close early and refuse to serve customers...!!??I may as well get in touch with trading standards.Such a disappointment.

Food was fine; they only had the cookie dough or sundae as the vegan option which was disappointing, and the cookie dough came cold! Service was fairly slow- but it felt like they needed more staff, as staff seemed busy most of the time.
