Domino's Pizza in Crawley

Thought they couldnt get worse, i was wrong,pizzas are see through & hardly any toppings ,wouldnt order or eat from there again, its rank

Ordered pizza and it arrive cold.. I phoned the Crawley high street branch and spoke with the manager in January, Naresh Patel, who stated there would be credit placed on my account which would be identifiable by my phone number. I phoned today to use my credit and the same manager has told me there is no credit on my account and no notes on the system and therefore can’t do anything for me.The worst customer service I have received from a well know branded take away. He would rather I write a poor review and complain to head office instead of sticking to his own agreement from before. Shocking behaviour and completely care free don’t give a dam attitude towards customers

I ordered the vegan vegi-supreme and I can honestly say it’s up there with one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. It was delicious, highly recommend this pizza. Vegan dip was great too.

Phenomenal pizza. If you order it 3 days in advance.

Not the best in pizzas especially the quality and the pizza looks like it was just thrown together by a 5 year old but never the less it's the only place open till 5 am so if your in need of some fast quick food this is the only place open

29.12.21 00:35amI made and order and called them to ask for less chesse as I forgot to change it, the guy said they dont do that and couldnt give me any argument why(even when i said dont worry about the money i just want it changed), i didnt order from dominos for long and thanks to your guys i wont be ordering this anymore, cant explain how mad i am

According to Google and sign on door is open till 5am daily but door is locked with staff ignoring potential customers outside before 2am. Big sign says to order online and collect. Try that entering all you card details manually (PayPal not allowed) to then say order isn’t possible. If you don’t want to serve people at night then be honest and advertise your real opening hours.

Delivery was superbly on time, but the pizza i ordered was Vege vegan large which cost me £19.99 italian style crust and had very little amount of cheese on it like you get £1 pizza in Iceland store has much better quantity of cheese on it. I was very unhappy with the vegetables amount on it, it seemed like just sprinkled . I have never expected that disgusting pizza from Domino's. Didn't even bake it properly because the cheese was not properly melted to be honest and when it arrived it was cold inside. I can't believe Domino's pizza could be of that bad standards. Borders were all dry upto 2 inches inside no cheese and over cooked Italian style crust. It seemed like i was eating burnt chapati with cold unmelted cheese. It Spoilt my husband birthday surprise. I would not re order again from Crawley Domino's store, they disappointed me.

Pizza to perfection. Tandoori chicken on italian thin base works fantastically well. The best pizza needs to be eaten piping hot and so there are tables in this branch. . Dont take it home please.
