If I could share zero star for the waitresses. So rude, and also steal your money and don't give you the receipts. Not nice at all. Make yiu pay more

Customer service was okay. And the prices are reasonable. The only issue was we ordered 4 different dishes and they all tasted the same .

Waited 3 hours for a no show order i had to then drive to the place it’s self to be told I have to wait 30 mins for them to cook it and for me come back they have no customer service at all they are rude ! And talk there own language to one another about you while laughing behind the till while other customers follow me in asking the same question they also turn there phones off so you can’t get through just says user busy ! For the end result is a refund and waiting 5 working days for it to come back to my acount absolute joke ! Spend your money else we’re if I was you !

liked that they took our temperature and asked to use hand sanitiser and staff had masks on while serving.Very friendly and helpful staff food was really nice .

1, Food is ‘fine’ - too much starch making the food glossy nasty and sticky (from a perspective of a Chinese customer)2, Service is disgusting- owners and waitresses are not helpful, sad and rude throughout until we left. No greeting or politeness.3, Surprising charge - Never seen hot water will be charged (£3) literally tap water boiled which is absolutely common and normal request for Chinese. Waitress don’t comment on this.Recommendation: DONT go if you look for a happy and/or delicious and/or authentic meal. McDonald’s is much better than this.

Authentic Chinese Food (Cantonese Style)I have the roasted duck takeaway today, really delicious. The roasted skin is crispy, meat is soft and the smell is wonderful. The taste of the real Cantonese style, will go to there again.

We were really impressed with the quality of the food at Mo Lin. Our first time in Crawley and we called the restaurant last minute on a Saturday night, luckily they could fit us in. We went for the buffet option for four of us; the steam buns were great and we loved the chilli salt chicken. There was a wait for our mains but we expected that, and the food was worth the wait!

Atmosphere is good, good for casual and relaxing evening out to enjoy Chinese food. First you are asked how many people and a member of staff will guide you to a table for you to be seated. Menu will be presented on the table for you to order drinks and dishes.Ordering drinks and food did not take long. We took 5-6 minutes reviewing what foods we wish to eat and share. We ordered drinks and it took only 2-3 minutes for the drinks to arrive. This was a hot pot of Jasmine tea, 1 diet coke and 1 coke served with ice and slice of lemon.Once we ordered the food, the presentation of the hot heated plate arrived in a timely manner 5 minutes after with our first main dish. (We skipped starters as we were not too hungry, but you can go for a three course meal if you wish).The meat was correct texture, aroma and tenderness. It was not oily as you see in a Chinese-take away. If you asked how much oil and water left over from the plate, it would be 2-3 table spoons. Not much oil was absorbed in the food too so the level of quality and standard is over average. 4 out of 5 (I have never gave any restaurants review 5 out of 5 in just food rating alone).The staff are super friendly, open and approachable and very alert from the moment you walk in and waited to be seated. In addition, if you are eating your food, there are staffs always walking from time to time to ensure and oversee everything is fine. If you need assistance, you raise their attention and they will happy to assist.The quality of the meal is very good, the service is very fast and also being informed that there are dishes might take 45 minutes longer on the process. Being informed about this helps us to make an educated decision to choose an alternative dish to make the most of other flexible dishes on the menu. The portion are reasonable sized, not big and not small.This restaurant is definitely a must-go and I will definitely will visit again and recommend friends to check this place. Price on the menu are standards cost to my experience, it is not high, it is not cheap, just average prices.Desert, we choose a chilled lychee, unfortunately it did not meet my expectation for the cost, quality and the freshness. I recommend checking alternative desserts and not choose Chilled Lychee. However, if you are persistent and love Lychee regardless of its not to its quality standard, feel free to try it.We would visit again, and hope to order different foods next time to make a next review to ensure the consistency meets the expectation of this deserved review.Thanks for the delicious food.

This is a nice place if you looking for Chinese food in Crawley ...... the food is good and quantity is good as well ..... another good thing that I found here is that they have a live television in the hotel with live feed of kitchen ... this definitely was a great feature which reflects how clean and neat the kitchen was ..... there is lot of variety in starters and main course too .. I liked the dumplings and spring rolls ... it gets relatively busy during night time but was served without much delay ... overall good

So these are supposed to be Chili and garlic ribs?!? Never seen anything like it!! Even from this restaurant. Yuk!!! Never again. Other food seemed alright. Update...there should be a photo attached of some unrecognisable white flour covered strips of meat (ribs)!! Chop suey leaves a lot to be desired, like a soup!! Singapore noodles are ok.
