I made a reservation online for a meal for Bank Holiday Monday, however upon arrival saw signs on the door to say that food wasn’t being served! I went in to enquire and was told that they had tried to call those who had booked. I was certainly not called and had to then find somewhere else at a moment’s notice for my mother and family. Poor customer service 😡

Popped in for simple sausage & mash... Sausages were burnt, & nobody came to ask how my meal was. If I'd had more time, I'd have sent the food back. The only positive was the fast service.

I have got to say this is probably the worst pub for getting served in ever. It’s not just the one night I’ve been coming in for many years. Over the last few years it’s never changed. 3 or 4 staff running about but no one at the bar. Who the Hell are they serving ? If you use the App it’s just as bad.If you can go to another pub then go to it.

This is our second time we came for lunch, as the first visit was terrible, and yes no change its worse we booked a table for lunch 1.00pm order a sandwich cheese & ham pickle, waited 25mins then told no ham , so we said cheese will do, 55mins later sandwich arrived seen more cheese in the kitchen mousetrap, few crisps & tiny bit of salad. More than £6.00. We will never go there again, they need a new manager and chef.

The staff are polite and friendly. The food is excellently presented and you get good value for money. The choice is varied with traditional pub meals and a selection of healthier salads. We had an enjoyable meal as a family. The doors were draughty so we would have liked to have been near the fire!

Enil was very rude, he got our order incorrect, then decided to be argumentative instead of apologetic. We recommend not eating at this establishment. Toilets are not cleaned regularly and urine was on the floor in the mens.Pub in general is in a nice location.

This is our local pub and it has most certainly upped it's game. I do love the new menu and what's on offer. We had a meal here for lunch, vegan, and it was rather quite good. Its nice to see establishments offering vegan food and making it taste good too, so very well done to Frogshole. The service has most certainly improved, staff are friendly and helpful and the service we recieved made the food taste even better. Great pub, plenty of outside seating and dogs welcome inside (bar side only) and outside. Definitely will return.

Great service. Went there for lunch, no reservation needed. The staff were all wearing masks and the tables were all properly cleaned between seatings. Staff would show you to your table and explain how to order and use the QR code to download their app. It was all so easy to order and pay by app and then your order turned up quickly. Food was delicious and it was a 10/10 for quality, friendlyness and being covid secure

A really spacious and cosy looking pub. Didn't eat much but what I did eat was tasty.

Felt very safe, but not restrictive, during the pandemic. The staff were great - very friendly, quick and welcoming. The food was amazing - the sausages in the mixed platter are to die for. Tonnes of parking, nice quiet area... Will definitely be coming back with the family. Thanks to all at Frogshole Farm!
