The only hostess they have here is so bad on her job, you guys really need to consider hire people with better service and attention. The time we were here this lady just hide at the corner to use her phone when there is a huge line outside. We were waiting there for half an hour and once she took us in I asked if we could do the order, she said: I'm only the hostess the waitress will do in your table, if you're in a rush you can scan the QR code and do by yourself! She really need to change her mindset to avoid the real team that do better receive good tip!

The one star is for the really wonderful waiting staff. If stars were for waiting staff it would be a 5. Sadly the shocking food made me need to remove 4 stars. Working on half capacity due to staff shortages. (like all restaurants in Gatwick at the moment) the staff did really well at communication considering the 45 minutes wait in the queue especially at an airport where everyone is on limited time. Service was great one I was inside. However the food? I had corn fritters. Sounded tasty on the menu. It was 3 small undercooked pancakes with sweetcorn in. Tasted like dough. The "trimmings'were a blob of mashed avocado 2 strips of grilled halloumi. and half a tomato..grilled. oh and a line of sweet chilli sauce on the plate. All very plain. Very ordinary. pretty disgusting really. Definitely no chef I know would turn food like that out. It was as if the person cooking it had read the menu but not the recipe and "had a go" at it.

Huge queue and 15 minutes wait to get into a nearly empty restaurant. Nearly 3/4 of tables empty. Staff just walking around looking at empty tables and occasionally letting another person in.Once we got in, service was great at our table, and food served promptly. One egg was cold but rest of food good.Better option than most of the other restaurants in a very busy airport.

The place was empty, and there was a queue that was around 1h.Employees were chilling and chatting, ignoring the massive queue waiting to get in. We left for a different place after 15 minutes waiting, we had our coffee and food and we saw the same people on our line still waiting after we finished. Such a waste.

Waited 15mins for the server yo take us to table in the half empty restaurant. Sat down and instantly got asked for our orders yet had to wait a long time after we were finished for the bill. Food we average but it is cheap for airport food so can’t expect much.

Terrible organisation, terrible food and slow. Everything was missing from the menu that wasn’t out of a can. The food is nothing like the description and very bad quality. They make you wait standing in the queue for 20 minutes staring at empty tables all set ready for diners. There is not much other choice in the terminal but I won’t come back.

Very slow service (longer than 15 mins), wrong food turned up and when it did it was cold. Even getting the bill took ages and that was incorrect when we finally got it. Smoothie was nice though.

Decently priced food in an otherwise very busy Gatwick airport. A lot of the food is based around toast and breakfast. The service was very fast and friendly. If you're a Priority Pass member, each registered person can get ÂŁ15 off their bill.

With priority pass, you get an allowance of ÂŁ15 for food which is awesome. I had a decent breakfast before my flight and it came to ÂŁ15 exactly so I didn't have to pay for anything. Service could be more attentive. I saw quite a few people, myself included, impatiently looking around for wait staff to take their orders or to pay. It is the airport after all and we all have somewhere to be. But the food came out really quickly so that was a plus.

Tasty food and great service: although I only ordered takeout, it was delivered promptly and with a smile. Priority pass picked up the tab. Location is in South Terminal- just turn left after security through the hallway for Lounges and the cafe is immediately on your left. Recommended!!!
