Friendly Staff good food but could do with a little more selection overall satisfied

Very good service, polite and friendly staff. Carolina served me the best cappuccino I’ve ever had!

Nice and cozy place, considering that is in an airport, before departure. Coffee and tea were good, but girls at the counter were awesome. Always with a smile and a kind word for everybody. Thanks to Sharma and her colleague (I didn't catch her name, sorry!!) for letting us stay during our (long) wait.

So pleased to come to Jamie’s coffee before our flight, Carolina was great at serving us and made our experience thoroughly enjoyable! Definitely coming back. Thank you!

Today i travelled through Gatwick and I chose the best place to relax, Jamie’s Coffee. I was very well served by Carolina, always with a smile on her face and willing to help. I've been to several cafes at the airport but this was the best experience I've ever had before any flight. I had a tasty coffee and a delicious croissant, what a relaxing time. Thank you Carolina.

Big sign is saying “speciality tea” and they serving you PG Tea, the cheapest that you can buy. My friend bought coffee, the most disgusting milky water that He ever buy

Although this is in the airport it’s relatively expensive I guess we’re propping up Jamie Olive Oil’s empire (or what’s left of it)Everything is in plastic cups which is ok I guess and in fairness the lady behind the till (Carolina maybe?) did offer to swap my drinks for cold ones, croissants were warm but no butter sadly.Not the worst experience but with 15 years hospitality experience (working in the industry) it certainly wasn’t the best

I wasn’t feeling well on my travel , I felt very nauseous and dizzy I really just wanted to sit down and relax. Being vegan this coffee shop was perfect , everything was vegan/vegetarian so I had lots to choose from. I ordered a cinnamon swirl and small oat latte and the staff are so polite and attentive. They heated my cinnamon roll up without me asking so it was soft and tasty. I was impressed with the range of alternative milks they had. I was speaking to the Staff and told them I was unwell they made me feel better by offering to carry my food to my seat for me and making me feel welcome (I even asked to leave a tip). 100% recommended for food and service.

I’m really disappointed and I don’t usually leave reviews but I was left in utter shock after how I was treated by staff members. My mum is diabetic, I ordered a hot chocolate for her. She tasted it and said it’s very sweet. I went and asked if they put any sugar in I was told “no maybe it’s the chocolate powder, I can make you another one with less chocolate” to which I agreed. She made another hot chocolate which still had a horrible taste. I didn’t want to seem as if I was the problem so I asked my mum to take it back to them. My mum is elderly and the staff member there NEARLY poured the contents of the boiling hot cup into my mum! She said “well if you don’t like it there’s nothing I can do”. Even people sitting in the area had to quickly move from their seats to avoid being scalded with hot liquid! I also had a child with me. There was no compassion or care at all. The lack of customer service was beyond me. She could have dealt with things a lot more nicely. She did not care that someone has just spent £4 on a cup of hot chocolate that they couldn’t even enjoy!

I was served quickly. The server was very friendly. The drink was not served as hot as I would like it, I like it piping hot. The server fixed it for me straight away with a smile. Airports can be stressful enough so it is nice to find a safe haven to relax and enjoy a brew.
