Very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff better coffee than the Costa downstairs , sandwiches all looked fresh and staff were very pleasant recommending fresh juice as well

The staff are friendly and it feels like a relief from Starbucks but the coffee is not good

How can you call yourself Coffee house serving so terrible coffee. Don't remember when I didn't drink ordered coffee but I did it here... Panini was fine.

This is a joke. The regular coffee is extremely tiny and it tasted like a cheap one even though I paid 2 pounds for a macchiato. DON’T BUY COFFEE HERE!

I asked really nicely if the staff would let me have jacket potatoe with beans & cheese also chili beef with rice bottle of Coke with a bottle of wine. They close 8pm. My girl friend finishes at 8.30. the manager & the staff. So helpful they said they would give me the food close to the time my girl friend finishes work... Honestly the BEST customer service I have had in a long time....

Ivan and Alayna went above and beyond to serve us. For weary and tired travelers, this place is an oasis. The soup and sandwiches are fresh, healthy and filling for a reasonable price. We both had a pot of tea and a great cup of coffee to finish off. There’s even a place to charge your phone. I can’t speak enough about the friendly, kind and wonderful staff!

Lovely place to sit and have coffee and food at Gatwick's south terminal. All the staff are great and go the extra mile offering first class customer service! A special shout out to Larisa who makes the BEST coffee ever and always with a smile!
