I had an appointment at the hospital and we decided to get lunch here instead of the hospital shop! What Joy! What a brilliant decision! I'll be in here Every time I'm in Crawley. The food was a delight. Fresh, appealing and wonderfully tasty. The whole place was refreshingly clean, even the owner who was chugging round busily, with a big, welcoming smile. I kept expecting family members to pop out of the kitchen to refill their cups, it was Than homely. If you want a quick lunch This is the place to go, and if you want a slow leisurely lunch with a really homely atmosphere. With great food and a real home kitchen feel, this is Also the place to go!! Stopped in for lunch. Had a generously sized bowl of the lentil soup with brown bread & butter on the side. It was delicious. The cafe itself needs a makeover. Tables were not wiped and the glass windows needed to be cleaned. Some fresh paint and cheery decor would go a long way.
