They lie and mislead customers that go the store to place an order.They not only persuade you to pay in cash but also ALL the information displayed to customers showing the prices is wrong which is illegal.According to the man who served me, “the store menus are out of date. it has been like that since September 2021”. Unbelievable to think that it was still happening in March 2022. Your order as for today is illegally 10% higher.I hope they get an inspection to put an end to this shameless behaviour.

Since the previous owner left, the quality drift off and it was common to receive a wrong order BUT it all has changed.Now when we order it comes perfect (we always ask for vegetarian food without peppers), the food is very tasty (we don't order from any other Chinese in Crawley), portions are quite big (typical of Chinese food) and the price is right.We are very happy for this improvement as it is very close to us.There is no dine in, just a couple of chairs if you need to wait for your food.The people are nice and most of the time add prawn crackers/fortune cookies for free.

My order came after 3.5 hours, ( was told it would be a max hour and a half wait as it was busy) was advised I’d be getting a refund on the day after phoning them to cancel my order but since calling them back to ask where my refund is, the male on the phone said I wouldn’t be getting one and tried to offer me 10 percent off my next order instead. Usually order once or twice every week but I won’t be ordering again, and will be advising everyone I know not to.

Asked for duck In orange sauce gave us pineapple duck which was under cooked my Thai Red prawn curry was absolutely tastless ordered egg fried rice but sure it was not very over priced would not recommend it

Ordered online and restaurant state that they deliver from 6pm, order confirmation says 7pm. My guests aren’t arriving until 6pm and my food turns up at 5:10pm. Person on the other end of the phone was rude and very dismissive. Won’t be going there again.

Needed something tasty to go with egg fried rice. Found New Mango's Inn was open lunch time so popped in to have some sweet and sour prawns in batter Very tasty will return again soon

Food arrived earlier than stated. Absolutely delicious. Thank you for enabling my partner, who is extremely gluten intolerant, to enjoy the meal that she wanted, rather than making do. We will definitely be ordering from you again.

Really good ! :-) (until today)After the management changed about 5 years ago the food stayed the same. But always wanting cash ! Never a problem but being a weekly order and it never changing from about £24 ... I was greeted with £29.20 ! Tonight! I was annoyed but when I mentioned it after collecting my order the chap (glasses who served me) was very aggressive and claimed it had only increased by 1.1% since April! ...... he blamed the management in an aggressive way ! It doesn't bother me tbh ..... tho I won't be paying £29.20 (anymore) for something I paid £24 last week ...... and always cash ! Makes you think what the owners (clearly not them) receive #HRMC ...The food is Good ! Just a shame after these years I have to go to Mr H (Chinese) on principle .........

Not one to ever write a review on anything ever, I feel that mangos inn deserves my time to bother, ordered a meal from them as really the only Chinese take away open nearby in these unprecedented times almost against my better judgement having had really awful food from here in the past. Obviously under new management from the last time, I can only describe the food as “spot on”. It was fresh, very tasty and hot. If their food stays this way I will definitely be going back there again. By the looks of other reviews people have had issues with various customer relation issues but I had none of these, things do go wrong from time to time, sometimes you have to be tolerant and I’m sure the problem could be resolved.
