Only the second time I have had Fish & Chips from this place but the first time they were delicious. Came back for a second try and clearly the standards are consistent. Beautiful fish, crispy thin batter and perfectly cooked chips. What's not to like? Served by a cheerful, friendly young lady. Will come back again without doubt!

This used to be an amazing chip shop it’s now massively hit and miss, don’t know why, whether it’s the staff have changed or just my bad luck.Todays order was cold, the chips hardening and dry so clearly had been cooked and held for too long, saveloys, sausages and fish cakes were almost stone cold, incredibly disappointed and will be ordering from elsewhere in future as this is not the first bad order we’ve had from here, it’s too inconsistent now which is such a shame as it used to be one of the best.

Chips taste nice but the signs of the chips being Vegetarian are incorrect as they are cooked in the same oil as the fish. If someone was allergic to fish and they were told the chips were vegetarian then they wouldn't expect them to be contaminated with fish and could have a bad reaction.

Fish and chips was expensive. Fish was nice but chips were awful. Chips are always hit and miss. Sometimes lovely and Sometimes not. Staff are always friendly though

Used the click and collect service. Excellent website and ready in 25 minutes. Arrived at shop and well organised and simple collection ready on time. Would recommend.

I posted a very negative post on here last week as I felt let down. Today I spoke with the manager and he apologized and we came to an arrangement. So I have removed the previous post as I feel they have dealt with the issue satisfactory.

Recently moved to the area and first time ordering. One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Delivered via Deliveroo. It was amazingly packaged and so warm. Thoroughly recommend

Such great food! Large chips really is a large chips and the minted mushy peas are genius! Boyfriend says it's proper curry sauce too, haven't found anyone else who does it that way. Highly recommended.

Tonight was the first time we've ordered, was delivered by deliveroo. We will definitely order again. Gorgeous fish with lovely crispy batter and nice chips. All very yummy and good size portions. You have a new customer !! Thank you.
