McDonald's in Crawley

Fairly average McDonald's. Food was ok, pancakes very dry, syrup cold. Hash browns were very greesey and cappuccino not upto normal McDonald's standards. Always forget jam or knife and hash brown. Staff were not keen to get anything.

I order 2 Big Mac was cold I take it back and got 2 new one’s but was still cold this is not the first time it’s happened can’t understand why food is always cold? From is McDonald’s I have work for McDonald’s and I know they should not be cold should be put in the bin if they Bin they for a long time very disappointed again

It's a little cramp in there, ordered onion on my mcpatty and only in one bite did I taste onion, there's always people in there who cause troubleEdit: removed one star since it took them 5 minutes to finish large fries and garlic cheese melts, also a couple with a baby entered a section that was being cleaned and when the cleaner asked them to go to a different section, she muttered something under her breath kinda sounded like she said idiots, not to mention the couple were foreign and extremely polite and apologized

Awfully poor service. 20+ minute wait for a basic meal. My family and i feel second class citizens compared to the delivery drivers who are granted queue skipping privileges. After waiting 20 minutes we approached a member of staff to enquire about our order only to be told it was skipped and they had missed us.if we had not enquired we would have waited endlessly no avail. Once our food was given to us we discovered the order was completely incorrect. The unfortunate soul who seemed to be in charge offered an apology along with some free items. I did not take him up on this offer and instead took this experience as a life lesson. We shall not be returning.

very busy and not polite, and burger well that was the pictures of whats advertised and the one in my hand is what i got lol dry aswel

Never recommend. Ordered for 3 chicken burgers and ensured that they understood not to mix pork or beef, but we could see beef meat in all the burgers. Needed to bin them and water of money. Absolutely useless.

Because of the amount of traffic (Customer's) entering the place they should have 3 Sections for Customer's to queue. 1. For Deliveries 2. Orders on the Kiosks 3. Orders at the till. Sometimes we are waiting to long!

some young lad thought it was funny to make my frappe really poorly no caramel sauce and just laugh when giving it to me finding it funny? which to me makes no sense? Will be taking the walk to one near cinema now just really cheeky

Yea, the wait for small chips and a burger was over 20 minutes. It looks like those who order through justeat and deliveroo get priority. Decided to get a refund as did the rest of the people in the queue. No apology or any form of compensation offered. Ridiculous for a so called fast food outlet.

A particularly unpleasant restaurant. Regularly over crowded, the staff have quite obviously never been trained how to cook the food, it's noisy, chaotic, and nobody seems to know where to stand. I'll never come back after the disgusting breakfasts I was served a couple of days ago. First one was had obviously been sitting there for a long time as the egg was grey and everything was soggy and cold. I asked for one to be cooked fresh and it came swimming in grease. Come on guys, it's really not hard!
