Nando's - Crawley in Crawley

Absolute mess with the orders. For the third time served late with all the other people around being served already. Also twice missing ordered items. Waiters having ridiculous explanations every time like "there are many people waiting" (despite clearly serving food to other tables that came in later). Waste of money, waste of time. Avoid.

I’ve ordered for collection a few times from this particular Nando’s and each time they’ve run well past their collection time. Today was no different, my time was set for 20:20, only to receive my order at 20:35. They weren’t particularly busy at all and the manager seemed to think it was okay to use that as an excuse. Quite clearly on the app it asks you to select a pickup time. It also states that your order will be ready at that time. We can all accept a few minutes here and there but 15 minutes was particularly excessive. A very poorly run Nando’s with staff and management that aren’t trained to in a sufficient manner.

Had to wait 20 minutes even though I turned up at my collection time for my online order. They'd "run out of wings" everything else got to sit there whilst we waiting for more wings leaving a lot of it cold and limp by the time I got it home.Food was very tasty apart from being cold.We also ordered take out 3 weeks ago and got home to find that we had only one portion of chips to share between 6 of us as they'd missed out the other 5 portions.Doesn't seen that we'll run. Not organised but staff are all friendly.

Went in for a quick lunch. Friendly team on hand, I ordered at the till, my friend on her app. App was a bit slow but food actually came together! Delicious as always.

Loved the vegan chickn wrap! Could not fault it

Came to pick up my order. They had closed but the staff were all inside cleaning. I waved at the window and one lady looked directly at me as if I was crazy. Didn't even manage to get my food which I paid 27 pounds for. I hope I get my money back!

Tasty food and it arrived very quickly. Staff nice and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for a table even tho the restaurant was quite busy. Shame they don't have hot drinks as I fancied a coffee on that cold afternoon.

The setting, ambience and staff were great! Menu was tastefully laid out ~ excuse the pun LOL.I'd give it 5 stars except that the chicken was a bit dry, but then I understand restaurants must cook to a certain heat.Otherwise great!

Decided to have some lunch at Nandos today. As usual it was really busy but team did well to deal with customers quickly. We ordered a sharing platter of whole chicken and 4 sides. They chicken was really tasty and juicy. Most places tend to dry out chicken but not Nandos. They know what they doing. The services was really professional and team friendly. Overall really good experience. @saffa_foodie

Recommended place for chicken. They serve alot of people so it gets really noisy. The chicken was well cooked and the service was done well. The waiting line should be better and the garlic bread i had was dry and a bit hard.I would go again to try other dishes.
