New Lotus House in Crawley

I am in the area on business and decided to use this restaurant due to the mostly good reviews. I had the set meal for one which seemed to be good value at £12.80. The food was still piping hot after the 8 minutes walk back to my hotel. All dishes were excellent with a very tasty Chicken Chop Suey. The portions were very generous and this meal would have easily fed two people. Great experience and I will be back.

Second time using lotus and yet again amazing food ..I be definitely going back again.

We have been using them for years but recently the quality is getting worse. Tonight our food was stone cold and tasteless. We called to inform them, there reply was there busy so there food is not as good and offered 10% of next time. I told them there won’t be a next time and if your aware your food is bad you should have not have sent it out to us or at least reimburse us. This was met with silence so I just told them not to worry about it . I won’t be using them again and to be honest you would be better loosing elsewhere

Nice service, quick delivery and lovely food! My favorite food is barbecue spare ribs, this is really tasty! Definitely would come back again!

A meal was bought for me ,have had delivery in the past ,plenty food for 2 ,normally lasts through to following day ,its a rare treat :) but defo worth it

Have used this Chinese for YEARS and always been the BEST…BUT tonight my delivery was completely wrong !!! And the customer service was atrocious…must be new staff… Food was shocking Avoid Avoid Avoid such a shame… never using again. 20 years of loyalty GONE…. Disgusting

First time ordering from New Lotus House tonight, delivery was very fast. Food was nice and hot when arrived. All the dishes I ordered was well flavoured and will definitely order from here again. Thank you guys...Credit for the kitchen chefs.

Easily the best Chinese takeaway in Crawley. Their food has always been tasty, hot on arrival and decent portions. They’re also cheaper than most other places so definitely a winner.
