Loved the food, great flavours and good value. The side extension is lovely and bright giving a nice atmosphere whilst also giving access to outside meaning we were able to see my child in the play area.

I recently retired from a local firm based in the Manor Royal Industrial Estate and was looking for somewhere that could accommodate 35 - 40 people on a Friday lunchtime for drinks and some snack platters.Raj and his team were great, reserved the back-bar area for us and looked after us very well with no fuss or bother; it was a large group but drinks were served quickly and the food was superb.Thank you all, you helped make my last working day go smoothly :-)

Good place to meet up for a curry. Food is really good and the portion size is quite generous. You won't go home hungry. Staff are on the ball and service is quite quick. If you want to you can relax in the bar with a beer and watch the sports on TV.

Came for a meal with a friend. We had the Lamb Shank. It was delicious. The restaurant was warm, the staff were friendly. All the food is good value for money. We enjoyed our lunch.

Good food and friendly staff. Food portions too big, reflects in the price. Very busy, quite crowded, no staff or guests in masks despite Crawley being one if the highest areas for Covid cases. I would go again.

Went to celebrate my birthday on a Saturday. The table for 12 people had been booked well in advance. The place was very busy and our table wasn't ready at the allotted time of 8pm and we were seated by about 8:30pm. Service was very slow and we didn't get our main meals until almost 10pm. The food was hot when we got it and was pretty nice but the amount of time we waited for it put a bit of a dampener on the celebration.

Let’s get the minor negative out the way, not the greatest feeling restaurant. It looks like a pub that’s been changed to a restaurant, because it is, with a pub still attached. Is noisy and can feel quite crowded. Now for the good stuff and the point of going to a restaurant, the food. Being vegetarian it can be tricky to get a good meal. We’ve been twice and had a fantastic meal both times. The street food starter of bajee is a good one. Fair priced and came away both times full and happy. They do also a large pub style menu as well. Well worth a visit. Just maybe not a romantically themed meal.

The Parsons Pig has been on my radar for a few months - today I visited for a spot of lunch and found that the good rating they have is well deserved.I arrived at midday and had my pick of tables as it was quiet - 90 minutes later when I finished the place was half full. Not bad for a Wednesday lunchtime.I went for the chutney and poppodom to start and followed that with pilau rice, Kerala chicken and a peswari nan. It was delicious and I can highly recommend. Finished off with Apple and BlackBerry crumble with custard - once again superb !Nice place, plentiful free parking, friendly attentive staff and superb food. Absolutely fabulous.

Good taste, but no complementary salad or chutney or pickles like you get in The Greyhound for same price.

We planned a work meal planned at this restaurant after a friend recommended it. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. To begin with the car park is beyond belief busy, people parking their cars on kerbs and anywhere they'll fit - this is due to the hotel, huge vans taking up two bays and very poor restrictions. It seems the hotel guests take priority. When we got seated it took a fair amount of time for our drinks order to be taken, but they were busy and it wasn't too long. We had two pints of diet coke delivered which were very flat - again, having worked in the industry, I know these things can happen so it wasn't an issue and they were replaced without grumble. We finally had our order taken - we were a table of five and ordered poppadoms, starters and mains. The poppadom bowl came out quite quickly - immediately we were pretty shocked at what we got for our money, the quantity wasn't really comparable to a proper curry house for the amount of money it cost.More time passed and the starters came out - these were very disappointing. The 'chilly chicken' was essentially sweet and sour chicken on a side plate - it had very sweet notes and incredibly sour notes, not entirely pleasant and too rich to be served on its own.The 'Spiced Homemade Chicken Goujons' were mostly pink but oddly enough tough at the same time, were they reheated? The 'Chowpatty Bhel Puri' was just horrible, it tasted of staleness and was barely touched. The 'Amritsari Fish Pakoras' had an interesting combination of spices which was very unpleasant and the fish was dry.Full plates went back to the kitchen but the staff didn't ask if anything was wrong! Again, I went against the group and sided with the restaurant giving them the benefit of the doubt but still shocked at exactly what we were getting for our money - a glass bottle of cola is £4, for example?!The straw that broke the camels back was the wait time for our mains - an hour and a half after ordering we still hadn't received our meals, no one came round to our table to apologise, offer some drinks or even something on the house as way of a gesture of goodwill. Eventually, after seeing we were getting restless, a waitress came round and told us we were the next table, followed immediately afterwards by the General Manager/owner who told us we were now up!It was at this point I realised that tables who had been seated long after us were already at the end of their main courses, but since the food was imminent I let it go.20 minutes later, we had had enough and I told them that we were leaving. Admittedly at this point the General Manager seemed very apologetic and offered to give us 50% off. We refused and he still offered for us to take the food away with us, even for free. I regret that the restaurant lost money and don't hold this against him as I could see most of the staff were working hard - but with the prices of some of the dishes, one would expect the level of service to be a lot higher. As I said, I've worked in the industry before and know first hand how things can get out of control and always try my best to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt but the fact that no one even came round to touch our table or offer us anything was really bad service. We were a big table spending lots of money and they just seemed not to care!If the General Manager reads this - I appreciate your gesture at the end and saw that you were working hard, but I hope you understand 10pm was too late to start our main courses after waiting so long and seeing other tables served first, but I do appreciate your gesture.
