Pizza Hut in Crawley

We went for a lunch buffet and it was really great. Got a chance to have few different kinds of pizza. The staff over there are very nice and chief made a small spicy pizza on my request. Love to go again.

Haven't been to the Hut for a while. It was looking a bit tired. The ice cream station was untidy, the salad bar normally a highlight was llooking very sad. On the plus side our pregnant waitress was very pleasant, the pizza and dessert were excellent. Value for money? 5/10

Lovely relaxing pleasant restaurant, staff very helpful nothing is ever a issue, food always very nice and hot and it's nice to see it's always busy. Shame to see other Pizza Huts restaurants closing but I really hope this one stays open as it's nice sometimes to eat out than having cold pizza in a box delivered to your door.

Booked in advance but didn't seem to be prepared for our group booking. Didn't open on time, left us standing outside in the rain for 10 minutes. Really slow on the restocking of the pizzas even though they were quiet. Pizzas were OK, just ok. Service was amazing, Thank you Sam. Also be aware that they are not taking cash payments.

I love pizza hut restaurants because I can have tasty Gluten Free,dairy free Pizza. Their 9in" square GF base is one of the best, not too dry, and as close to a normal pizza base as possible.

Enjoyed the fact that life is slowly getting back to normal due to covid.Enjoyed my trip to pizza hut in crawley.Although very busy during lunch time,the staffs were looking after their customers very well.One only issue,is NO chicken pizza were available at the buffet and I do not eat meat.I choose the buffet as online it clearly mention all the pizza in the buffet but no chicken when I was there.

Located just outside of Crawley. Plenty of spaces to park your car. On a complex with otherretailers. Staff were friendly & what I like about this place is the music.It's a mix of 80's, 90's and some stuff I have never heard. You can order via your phone which is time consuming however if you want to keep your details private, then I would suggest you order the normal way. Food was delicious.We arrived around 3pm, so was not busy at all. Car parking is free. However unfortunately there is a private cowboy car park operator managing the complex or should I say managing taking your money if you are unlucky.Back to Pizza Hut. Definitely a place to take your friends, kids for some nice food..

Extremely professional and efficient service, I must mention our waitress Adriana … this lady is extremely polite and extremely efficient. Incredible smile, made us welcome from the first instance. 5 start only because of lovely service from Adriana B. They want you to order via app whilst you're sitting in the restaurant.. honestly,I can then stay at home and have a takeaway. But Adriana was very helpful and made our outing very pleasant.

Food was really good, service was terrible. We told the manager that a child had dropped some salad on the floor and picked it up and put it back in the salad bar...he ignored us. Waited 25 minutes after eating for them to start clearing table and offer deserts. They started cleaning it then left. Was another 10 minutes before I could find someone so the kids could get there ice cream. Then another 20 minutes till adults got there deserts. Was told there was only 2 servers (there was 4 plus the manager) and they was busy ( 5 tables was in for lunch) unfortunately pizza hut standards have fallen so much from what I remember
