I had just flown in from Canada and had not been to a proper English cafe in 5 years I’m really glad I found the pop inn cafe best breakfast I’ve had is in 5 years awesome especially it being so close to Gatwick !!!!!! I will be going again before I fly back out and when ever I fly back in the future.

The standard of food / ingredients here is low and not of decent quality. It is very expensive for what it is. The lady taking orders did not understand poached eggs, whilst two egg and cheese rolls came to £7. I wish I'd gone to the bakers and purchased fresh bread and eggs and made myself. Not going back.

Excellent service and good value £7.20 with coffee or tea and slice of bread and butter or toast.Will be back soon.

Fantastic place.After picking up some friends from Gatwick Airport we decided to have a breakfast before the journey back up north. I found this place purely by scouring Google Maps. The breakfasts are huge, tasty, hot and fresh and very reasonably priced for the area. Staff friendly and attentive. The cafe is upstairs though so just be careful, toilets on ground floor. 100% recommend.

I’m very unhappy with how they don’t take your order properly or even suggest a better option I don’t know what options they have as they have so many I called up to order to collect… I payed £10 for everything on that picture.. do u think that’s worth it when there’s other options that would be better prices and more quantity… yeh call me greedy.. but aren’t we all for our hard earn money... (some people work 1hour to get that £10) but yet they don’t care and will take your order how ever with no care or passion and will happily take your money( u can’t be short must pay every penny- but u can’t get what u payed for). I’m a female and every time I had gone there it’s not welcoming.. the food is not bad at all… but just wish they could be a bit respectful.. I feel this energy from the first time I came there until now still..I am very fussy where I eat and the food is good because of today I just will not be going back there… the customers service is very poor.. and that is very important to make sure your customers come back… they have a no care attitude… good luck to them.. I must not be there only one that feels this way.

Great cafe. Parking outside. Great welcome lovely staff. Large servings and hot appetising food. Great selection of all day breakfast. toilets spacious and hygienically clean. Definitely recommend.There are stairs to climb so not suitable for disabled.
