Prezzo in Crawley

Went for catch up meal with friends, group of 6. Drinks took a long time to arrive, food was over cooked, dry , lacking a reasonable amount of key ingredients and had obviously sat on food pass for too long. Very disappointed.Restaurant was very busy, clearly a shortage of staff ( fall out from Covid... not something to blame) however, staff were friendly and as attentive as time allowed, doing their best😊.

Had the king prawns to start (I’ll let you in on a secret, there was nothing king about them)My partner had the deep fried mozzarella which was nice.Mains came.Pasta and meatballs for my partner. Meatballs not homemade ( store bought) which is a bit disappointing along with hardly any sauce.I got the carbonara. Pancetta wasn’t cooked enough and hardly any seasoning. Applied my own salt and pepper.

We really enjoy coming here as a family of 7 as there's something on the menu for everyone including the fussier children. On a week day we can use our tastecard for 2 for 1 on main meals without a limited menu which is great. Service is always efficient and staff welcoming and attentive at the Crawley branch!

Great atmosphere, great food at great temperatures. We visited today "mother's day" expecting a 25% Blue Light Card discount which they said they were not doing today. Highly disappointing end to the whole experience.

Wonderful experience. The food was beautiful and our waitress Nneka was amazing, super friendly and welcoming, she made the dining experience even better than it already was. Great service from all staff. Will definitely return!

Very nice atmosphere. Made to feel really welcome by duty manager Balasz and helped by staff member Vendula. Garlic bread and Earl Grey tea which I had were both very satisfying.

Very nice in here. I visited around 1430 on a Friday and it was pretty empty. Always have pizza when at Prezzo and it was yummy. They cater for your requests i. e., I changed and added toppings.

Amazing service from Michaela this evening, she was truly a great host. We never had to worry about getting her attention as she was always willing to help, and went above and beyond in terms of ensuring the food was okay with relevant allergen issues. Would recommend a meal here to anyone, as the menu is very diverse, with just as good of a drinks menu accompanying it. If you have the pleasure of being served by Michaela, you will definitely enjoy your visit.

Having a lovely lunch with my daughter. As always the food is well cooked & nicely presented. The service is friendly and the atmosphere warm. Excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful time meeting my sister and her husband outdoors in April during lockdown. I only give 4 stars because it would have been really nice to have arranged some sort of heating outdoors because it was absolutely freezing! I can understand if the food gets cold - prezzo can't do anything about it, but boy it was freezing. Other than that however, the food was delicious!! Lovely fresh ingredients and absolutely fantastic and friendly customer service. They brought food so quickly for us also. Very hygienic and very fresh. I love that we could use our gourmet society card also - the waitress had great knowledge.
