Prunier Seafood & Caviar House in Crawley

Came here to eat breakfast with my infant, travelling on our own. Stood there for 20 mins and no one even acknowledged us. Staff could see my baby becoming more distressed by the minute as he was starving and we wanted to get some food asap. They couldn’t care less. Asked how long for service. A further 20 minutes. There were only 3 other people dining in. Disgusting

One waiter was unfriendly (Italian guy), other two was friendly (Slovak and Thai ladies). Plenty of things from the menu were unavailable. Part of the seating area was closed, with the rest overcrowded. Some potential clients left because of rudeness of the guy.

We are sat at your facility at Gatwick Airport. Your staff have been working their socks off all the time we have been here.They have been pleasant and polite despite the fact they are obviously understaffed.Lovely people!

Awful staff and menu items not available at the start of service. This used to be lovely, however it’s lost it’s way and not worth the money.

Very happy with all the stuff and North Terminal restaurants and very helpful . would definitely go back there

Had the wonderful breakfast Tsarina and it was delicious.Very relaxing and friendly staff.Will definitely be returning next time I fly!

Wonderful as ever. Great fresh fish. Nice efficient service. Did not realise they do take away picnic boxes which looked VERY nice.

Is expensive....but lovely fresh food and beautiful, friendly staff!! Nothing was too much trouble and put up eith my Aussie cheekiness!

My new favorite place when travelling! Superb food, friendly staff and great wine menu. Relaxing place especially when the rest of the airport can be crazily busy!
