Ordered via Justeat as it was advertised as delivery within 1hr…end up being delivered after 1hr 45mins…and this was an order for 1 person! Even checked Justeat while i was waiting and the delivery time was showing 30-50mins??! When it finally arrived, food was ok but the mini tandoori grill and aloo parata were great.

To begin. I’d say their food is average. Not a lot of effort put in to make it. But eatable.I’d not recommend this place because they have served me rotten biryani three time. And the recent one really made me sick.I shouldn’t have eaten this I knew straight away by the smell and was sticky and off. I guess they maintain a poor food hygiene. Eat here only if you’re very hungry and got no other choices.

Guy receiving the order was very rude. I asked for nans bread which was finished actually and instead of telling actual reason he said we don't deliver Nan's bread. I said in your menu nan bread is mentioned then in a rude and disrespecting way he said it's our choice what we give customers and what we don't . If you have to buy something order it otherwise leave my takeaway . It was a shocking and insulting behaviour what so ever. Still I tried to have a nice conversation and ordered the food thinking it will be tasty. But food was as disgusting as his behaviour was. I will never recommend this takeaway to anyone else.

Food took an hour and a half. Wrong food was then delivered. When I called to complain the man said the curry I'd ordered was just a Korma with wine in...well I'd order a Pathia which is meant to be cooked with tomatoes and onions and be sweet and spicy. Usually red in colour. They delivered a Korma watered down with wine. Once they realised I knew what a Pathia actually was they apologised and said their chef was off and they'd get it right next time. There definitely won't be a next time. AVOID

The kebab was good quality for a good price and I would recommend it! But our nann breads were very burnt, had very little filling and tasted off

Forget other places that sell kebabs, try this one out (kebab Roll🤤😍) you will not be disappointed. The meat is.......🤤🤤🤤🤤 Try it ! And the staff are top notch 👍🍻

Usually order from this place for curries and without doubt the best place for my chicken medras. However, this evening me and my partner ordered differently and went for a kebab and a chicken burger. It had turned up 20 minutes late prior to the time we were told it would be expected and was cold wasn't nice condition to eat at all. Paying over £15 over wasn't good enough for the quality we have got.

Absolutely first-class food and service from Spice World, 8 Bank Lane, Crawley, RH10 1BA. Ordered a takeaway after a long flight and while I am staying at a Gatwick hotel for work. I picked Spice World based on their already great reviews so thought I would give them a try. Initially I placed an order online with Just Eat and then contacted the restaurant direct to just reconfirm everything. The manager or owner that took the call was very polite and friendly and made a great first impression. The food delivery was very prompt and arrived well before the estimated deadline. The food smelt fantastic while just taking it up to my room in the lift and it tasted even better once, we started to tuck into it. The food was packed full of chicken and the spices and flavours were just to my liking. 10/10 for me for both service and the quality of the food. We will be ordering from them again for sure. Please consider this business when choosing an authentic Indian cuisine for takeaway as you can see, they go that extra mile in both effort and delivery with outstanding results. You will not be disappointed ordering a meal from Spice World

100% would recommend, I always order from Spice world. They are on time, if not early. Driver is very friendly, and food is perfect. I will not be going else where for my Kebab, I am 100% customer for life.

Food arrived late, cold and wrong.Ordered desert which was out of stock, so was phoned 1 hour and 30 mins after placing order that I would not receive the desert I ordered. The kebab was a small chicken donner rather than the large chicken shish I had ordered. Salad mainly consisted of onions.I usually enjoy using Just Eat but this experience has been a huge let down and I will never order from this restaurant again.
