Starbucks in Crawley

Service can be very slow. I've waited over 10 minutes for a drink whilst staff casually chit-chat. The shop smells of sulfur, and the drinks are overpriced. Plenty of better coffee shops within a 20 second walking distance.

Absolutely amazing, the team where 'under it' when we arrived. But kept their cool, politeness & the lengthy line moving.

The drink i ordered was not a skinny...was made with semi skimmed milk and had to ask for it to be remade as over half the cup was forth which should have been a latte ....the attitude from the barista was extremely rude when i asked her to remake it...never will i go go back queens square Crawley....needs retraining in customer service in this particular store.

I don't recommend ice coffee....only ice 😬😬. Service nice prompt but to stay outside....all tables are dirty, full of plastic....disgusting!

Went in wanting an ice coffee, but there was a very odd warm musty smell. Couldn't subject myself to that, so I walked out

Smart, large Starbucks right in the main square. On my visit there were about 6 people with their laptops plugged in (WFS rather than WFH). This was my first Starbucks coffee in some time as I have been working near a Nero. Coffee was a bit disappointing after Nero's.

The stuff are very friendly and hospitable. The service is also fast and great. I recommend for a quick hot drink.

Local town for coffee,but price has got so expensive so not having Costa again,we had white flat no cups so had to have small take away cup £3-25 ,queue not that long but takes ages to get served,large shop but seating needs updating,

Good enough. Food nice. Good coffees. Prices a tad steep, but ain't that the way it always goes in London and the home counties!

Excellent service , fab food and drinks, loving the Halloween screaming cherry, although they had to modify the drinks with strawberry and cream but with the cherry topping, I can say it was just as tasty. Definitely had a great mini break from shopping would highly recommend you try, The cakes looked so cool and tasted amazing 😁👌👌👌👌
