Subway in Crawley

There is an Asian man there with glasses, who continuously impresses me with his attention to detail and his friendliness. The subway is clean and has a comfortable seating area and the sandwiches are amazing. Would recommend, great service.

Absolutely zero regard for dietary requirements. These items are NOT VEGAN. Please engage your brain, people have serious and life threatening allergies, religious dietary requirements and life choice dietary requirements, all of which should be honoured.

DO NOT GO HERE! Such poor customer service. We ordered food online and our 3 cookies we ordered were missing! The driver most likely ate them. The receipt was also suspiciously ripped. We called the store and they suggested we go out of OUR way and drive to their store instead of just sending us our missing food. 20 minutes later we called the store up again asking about our food and they refused to send us our cookies because there was nobody available. After driving to the store ourselves we got an extra 5 stone hard cookies from the man working.A day later I discovered that we were also given REAL CHEESE when we ordered vegan cheese. I am so furious.

Totally unhygienic, avoid at all costs. The woman serving me touched all of the cupboards then used the same gloved hands to put salad in my sub. She then proceeded to blow into the plastic bag to “open it”. I threw the food away.

I guess the employees are so underpaid they do not care how they make sandwiches not only trying to save as much as possible by putting less meat/veggies but also throwing it together with no care whatsoever (I worked in Subway years back, so I know, trust me), horrible service. Try the other ones around the corner, avoid this one. Hopefully it will go out of business soon enough.

It's spacious and has lot of sitting area , the shop seemed clean to me ... I had mix experience when it comes to customer service while one of the lady was very humble and polite on other visit the other lady was rude in taking order ... this one accepts the subway coupons under their recent offer ...

Been here three times. The staff are terrible. The first time I went to this subway, the lady on the til just ignored me and carried on the conversation she was having on her mobile. On the latest occasion I stood at the counter waiting to place my order and the two staff just carried on with what they were doing whilst chatting away to each other. No acknowledgement or "I won't be a second". I ended up leaving and using the one round the corner. It's so stupid because the store was empty except us. It's the worst subway I have ever been in. Of the three occasions I have attempted to buy food here, I was successful once. The food is good as expected from subway. The customer service is terrible.

DO NOT EAT HERE! My brother worked here and he said when they bring the food out on display they use the same gloves to touch everything (so no good for kosher/halal/ vegetarians/ vegans) also the manager has sinus problems and is always sneezing on the food!! She never washes her hands when she goes to the toilets and touches the breads with her hands

My friends and I placed an order through Just Eat around 4.30pm today to be delivered. Was told it would take around 60 mins to get to Bewbush; an hour and a half later we got a call asking where abouts we were.Eventually, nearly 2 hours later we got our order (3× foot long and a 6 inch sub). All were cold and very soggy, if it wasn't for one of the foot long having a slightly golden edge, we'd never have thought they'd been run through the grill.'Steak and "cheese"' foot long sub lacked cheese, my Chipotle chicken lacked cheese I know I'd asked for and instead some weird seafood sauce coloured sauce was thrown over the chicken that drowned any taste of chicken. Mine was an absolute sloppy mess and the bread only looked half baked.So disappointed, and when we tried to call to explain what we'd been given, the phone was ignored.First and LAST time I'd ever consider using ANY Subway sandwiches for delivery; it just doesn't work.

Many of times they have sold gone of chicken Brest, stale cookies which have clearly been left out for two days or maybe longer. also the breakfast egg has tasted salty and sweet which is not normal. Avoid like the plague!!
