The food was good but pricey. Portion sizes good. Staff were friendly but service very slow for 4.30 on a Wednesday in a nearly empty restaurant!

We dined here last night for a Bday celebration and it was totally shambolic to say the least. The plates came out dirty time after time and how is this fair to boost post covid confidence, as its totally unhygienic. Our starters were good, however the main course was soggy, cold and seemed not fresh. On letting the manager know she was not keen to listen to feedback and replied its a personal opinion.Unclean plates, soggy burger and cold food is not personal opinion!!!No cake or bday celebration done in-spite of being booked for bday while online booking had stated that.I urge you to train your staff to take criticism not personally but positively as we are regular customers and would not visit hereafter. Some pics attached, and we paid over 100£ for this, never again. Thanks

I been to TGI Crawley with my family & friends we book table in advanced still there is Lady manager let us wait & after wait we order cocktails was not great , we order food the plates was very dirty twice we changed the plates , food was extremely Bad I have order chicken burger after few minutes lady manager came she said she don’t have any then I order chicken fajita when my food is come the wrap was soggy stick into my plate again the waitress replace , plate is again dirty & fajita was watery from outside is hot but from inside its somewhere cold , we complained about the food the lady manager is come she asked I have mentioned , but she was so rude , not helping at all not even bothered to listen & forced us to pay after we complained to the waitress & the waitress said it’s your personal choice you don’t like the food we can’t get rid any food from the bill , I am working with hospitality for years it’s totally disgusting, disappointing & food quality is extremely Bad even though manager behaviour is extremely rude I have asked to the waitress what is your manager name she said she’s not comfortable give her name we pay & left I will never gonna visit such a place where the manager don’t know what is the customer service with manner she lead to example for others but unfortunately she learn first customer service. I will definitely take this complain to there head office too.

Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere and very friendly waitress (Eve). Would have given 5 stars if we had not had to ask for service when we arrived. Would recommend having more bar staff before 6 as the lone barman was swamped

I am quite sad to write this review, I love TGI's and we have visited on many a special occasion as its a restaurant we see as a treat. We have always loved the theme and energetic staff, not once have we had a bad experience. Until tonight.First the good bits, the manager came and seated us straight away however the table we were initially seated at was not suitable and the manager was again so quick to accommodate our request.Drinks order was taken and quickly brought to our table, our food order was taken and starter was delivered to us swiftly.Unfortunately it went downhill from there! The waitress in our area walked passed a number of times not once asking if we wanted a top up of drinks, a man entered and she was standing talking to him only leaving to collect 2 plates of good for him, she was very attentive shame she couldn't provide that service to us! We were sat for some time waiting for our food and understand that its Friday evening and its busy so expected a bit of a wait but time really was getting in and still no food.We asked if she could check on our food and she came back to say that someone in the kitchen had messed up the ticket for the order and it was going to be a few minutes! That it was, and I quote "not her problem, it was somebody else" as she stormed off back to the man to have another chat with.We brought this rude attitude to the attention of the manager who must have had a word with her as she was whispering something to the man and he was looking over at us! So unprofessional and an intimidating response from the waitress and her companion. We were planning on staying to have cocktails bit we left once we finished eating as we felt uneasy. We won't be back to TGI Fridays, it needs a refurbishment badly as it is so outdated and run down. The tables and chairs have seen better days and the staff need a crash course in customer service.

Always love a good tgi's because its great food. But tonight the service was so slow took 20 minutes for drinks orders and ordered food at same time. Wait about 35 minutes for food so not too bad but when it did arrive the salad that we got given with the chicken was all brown hard and wilted. Overall tonight wasnt great as another customer even complained about something. Not a great place to go if you are on a time frame.

The food was absolutely amazing! Staff were excellent! Especially when my daughter didn't like the strawberry milkshake they happily swapped it for apple juice. The new garlic fries are incredible. Literally like garlic Kiev sauce on fries! A must try!!

New menu in effect, most of the old favourites are there though. The Jack Daniels sauce is better now, sweeter and thicker.Service was good, staff were friendly and very helpful.Went for lunch and it was nice and quiet, it's a good time to go.

What a nightmare we had a TGI's. A young member of our party is gluten free so sadly feels different anyway. We were told that her order would have to be taken by the manager not a problem so you'd think. Wrong the manager had gone to Nandos for his lunch, At 1pm. We were offered free drinks why we waited guess what when the bill came we had been charged for them. We just paid for them because by this point we had all had enough. When the food eventually arrived it was wrong and the gluten free meal was really dry. Such a let down.
